I was missing a pie that I ordered on door dash so I decided to call the store to see if we can fix the issue they hung up I tried again thinking is was an accident and again they did the same thing I work fast food so I try not to over react I understand things are crazy but this is just plain rude

Drive though is slow took 15 minutes to get a fish sandwich and yes it was hot but the fries was cold they should have made hot fries with the fish it's disappointing to pay $28 and get cold food 😞 😞😞😞😞😞😞

I started my morning by getting some BK because I worked six days this week and there was no way in hell I was cooking breakfast on my only day off. The workers this morning made it so easy! They checked everything down at the window, made sure I had everything I needed, and I got everything with no issues. They make mistakes sometimes but we all do! This store always does their best and makes it right when they don't. 10/10

This Burger King truly impressed me! I was excited to see that they have a **fish sandwich on the menu**, and it did not disappoint **fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The rest of the food was just as good, hot and prepared with care.
What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. The staff was polite, welcoming, and attentive. The manager was even present and went out of his way to make the experience special by giving the kids mini ice creams as a treat. Such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture!
This location is clean, friendly, and consistently provides a great dining experience. Such an incredible place. I highly recommend!

Went here multiple times without an issue. Last week went here and received the worst service I’ve experienced in years. The girl taking our order was clearly in a hurry and did not listen while I explained the order, and then after adding an extra burger to our order without explanation told me to pull foreward. When she tried to charge me for the extra burger I did not ask for I explained that it wasn’t what I asked for and she told me that I was wrong. I was appalled. All I was asking for was not to be charged for something I did not ask for and I was told that I was wrong. After a back and forth the worker got the proper order and loudly complained about me to her coworkers. Once again all I did was ask not to be charged for something I did not order. I think this location should reconsider the caliber of employee it hires.
