What a pleasant surprise in the middle of Northwestern Arkansas. I honestly wasn't expecting to be impressed by their sushi. Kobe Sushi's Vegas Roll and Philadelphia Rolls were good, but their signature Kobe Roll was outstanding; It had just the right balance of sauce, flavor, and protein. Their gyoza was decent as well! I feel like this place has greatly improved over the past couple of years. It seems the taste and quality of their sushi rolls are much better and the portion sizes of the rolls are bigger. Also, the atmosphere was quiet and laid back, very much unlike another very popular sushi establishment in the area. One of my favorite sushi places in NWA! The owners are very kind and remembered us every time we went. They knew my daughter loved root beer and always brought her a root beer lollipop. It's a small but significant gesture and the food is great. Rice in the sushi is cooked perfectly and they put a lot of love into their food.
