When I went to this burger I ordered a number 5 plain with cheese and sprite with French fries inside my sprite was this weird dried up solid and had ants on it.

A bit hit and miss to be honest with you. Went one time and the fries were simply incredible. The next time I got an old, soggy batch. Service has always been exceptional though.

Came for a quick lunch through the drive thru. The lady working at the window was very sweet and gave my daughter a crown. The food was great and hot. Great service! Most BK locations have bad service so this was a pleasant surprise.

The drive-thru was in disrepair. The store looks like it hasn't really been very well taken care of. The staff was nice and helpful. Now the food quality. The burgers were overcooked and they don't put any lettuce on either of our burgers even though we'd asked for it. We both got the Texas Whopper and all the jalapenos were stacked on just one side. Our food did not stand up to my normal expectations for Burger King.
