Rolling Taco Mexican Food

The family that makes up Rolling Taco are amazing people. We used them to cater my son's wedding at the beginning of June this year. The wedding was for 50 people and there was plenty of delicious food. They had booked First Friday, had the Bentonville Farmers Market the next morning and then the wedding Saturday evening. Even with one of the busier times for them, they made sure we were taken care of. I would DEFINITELY use them again in the future. Thank y'all again!

We really enjoyed our lunch of eight street tacos at Rolling Taco today. We had a mix of al pastor, chicken, and carne asada, and all were delicious (though I missed more onion, and cilantro seemed to be missing). Though it was an exceptionally hot day, it was pleasant sitting at the picnic tables the food truck provides, which are well-shaded. And the price for this good food is outstanding, too.

One of the most, if not the most amazing burrito I have ever had. My fiancee and son loved it too. They were very nice and accommodating when I asked for extra salsa and cream. This is my favorite burrito place in Bentonville by a mile. Thank you guys so much!!!

This taco truck is EVERYWHERE! If you see it try it! It's really One of the best spots for street tacos. They even have barrio and a few special items that you can find from time to time. Lengua is another favorite and their carnitas are always super juicy. Sometimes I find their chips are stale but not often. Even so, the tortilla chips are still super good. The green and red sauces are also very good. They are consistently good. And you can find them and three different locations throughout the week.
During lunch you can find them over there by the Walmart home office, weeknights you can find them in Osage Park, and on the weekend you can catch them at the farmers market. Great food. Great people.

A very good food truck with Mexican food just outside of downtown Bentonville! Highly recommended!

Easily accessible, good service and a large and good menu with vegetarian options for all dishes (which you can expect from a Mexican food truck). The area is not the prettiest you can imagine, but the location of the outdoor seating still provides the opportunity for sun and is perfectly fine, despite the slightly lower temperature when we were there.

We brought the food to the hotel and it wasn't the best Mexican food I've eaten, but great regardless! I am stingy with 5s in order to maintain some sort of integrity in my assessment and who knows, if we had eaten there we might have made it all the way!

As I said, still highly recommend a visit if you find yourself passing by Bentonville, AR, USA ?

Vegetarian options: All dishes are available vegetarian.

Parking: At the food truck there is a small gravel area that you can stand on. If it's full, there's a giant parking lot across the road.

I have visited rolling taco several times and have been pleased. Recently, I noticed a new menu and a difference in food. The beans I got were so dry and tasted straight out of a can.
The rice was soggy, the rolling tacos were full of very poor quality chicken.
The “queso” was so thick and the tortilla chips were beyond burnt.
The food overall was very disappointing, whatever changes happened were not for the better
