“Everything here is amazing. The fried chicken is the best around, the side are all delicious, and everyone who works here is genuinely friendly. Whoever does the hiring here is on point. My whole family visits here often and today we came in for Taco Tuesday and spent the whole meal marveling at how much food we received for under $20. (Bonus points for not nickle&diming people for sauce can't stand being charged .50¢ to a dollar for ranch)“

“Great service overall, you're helped as quickly as possible. Even when they are busy they are still quick with orders. Only time I've waited for more then a few minutes (2-5min) is when they are packed and busy with a line.

The food tastes just as good as it smells, they are quick at making your order('s), staff is friendly and Very Helpful.

“I went through the slims drive thru around 8pm on 02/25/2026 and had to wait a little longer than normal for fresh fries. Although I had no complaints and was happy to wait for fresh food the team was so kind and even gave us a free dessert for our time. They were perfect example of customer service and professionalism. I also loved my fresh hot fries!“

“Chicken Salad Chick is one of my favorite places to eat in the US. It’s my favorite place to get Chicken Salad. This location is nice and the service was great. This restaurant has delicious food and the best cookies! I love the grape salad, the Classic Carol, the Cranberry Keli, the fresh brewed iced tea. This place really fulfills me. I’ve been craving Chicken Salad Chick for years now. “Siempre Natural” has nothing on Chicken Salad Chick.“

“I ordered dietary restrictions and received the wrong meal while traveling. The food was good but would highly recommend making sure items are correct before departure. The drive through at the Springfield store was hard to navigate from the side street and not being from the area. The outside drive through staff were awesome. It's was extremely hot but the store provides them with a heater and fan for their work area. Would have liked to have seen a chair for them to sit on when traffic is slow in the drive thru. Those ladies definitely did a great job and were friendly and polite. Overall good experience.“
