“This is a chicken restaurant that served fast food. The prices are average. The service is average. The food is average. I didn't find the food to be anything special. I got the chicken nuggets 12 piece. They were small and seemed highly processed. The BBQ sauce was too sweet and small also. I would say this is an average chicken restaurant. If you get the nuggets be sure to get 12 because they're really small.“

“Best gluten free experience in SGF, hands down! I love being able to find something safe from cross-contamination that is also fast and tasty. The employees always ask if there is a gluten allergy too, so I feel secure that they're aware of what potential issues might arise. It's great to have Chick-fil-A near me and this store rocks! The employees are awesome 😎“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. The chicken biscuits for breakfasts are incredible as is they’re iced tea. They’re famous chicken sandwich for lunch and chicken strips are terrific as well. The service is top-notch. Their employees are courteous and well groomed and a pleasure to work with.“
