“Always have a great time here. No matter what time we come through or sit in the staff is so welcoming and it’s a very clean restaurant. Food gets out fast and hot. They go above and beyond for kids with color sheet and placemats and clean high chairs!“

“Placed an online pickup order that was pretty sizable, a family meal + 2 sandwich combo meals. Even with all that food we only waited maybe 5 minutes (and it was hot!), and the employee who handed it off even offered to help me carry it to my vehicle. While I didn't need the assistance, it was still very appreciated. Will gladly return.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. The chicken biscuits for breakfasts are incredible as is they’re iced tea. They’re famous chicken sandwich for lunch and chicken strips are terrific as well. The service is top-notch. Their employees are courteous and well groomed and a pleasure to work with.“

“Better than KFC. The family pack alone with an extra side is under 40 bucks. You get freshly cooked chicken. ( if it takes more than the 15 to 20 mins, be patient its worth the wait )you can tell they use fresh oil and change it frequently. Don't knock it before u try it.“

“friendly staff. fries are ok. but the chicken and the toast are the bomb dot com. love the quality of the tenders. in days weve spent 160$ at the 1 on sunshine lol. yikes. gonna chill that out. but its soooo good!“
