It's Chick-fil-A. The food is great, but the service is not up to snuff. The workers are inefficient. Waiting 30 minutes to order my food, and another 10 to receive it is not good. They don't read out the order when handing the food off, resulting in people accidentally stealing food.I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this location in comparison to other locations, but that's basically it. The service is abhorrent, but the food is good.
I don’t know what these people are complaining about with having to wait to get a chicken sandwich.... if you can go buy the chicken, season it, deep fry it, and prep it faster that chick-fil-A then go home and eat. They’re literally doing everything for you and all you have to do is shove food in your face, learn some patience. I have never had one poor customer service interaction with Chik-fil-A, even if it takes a few extra minutes to get my food when they’re busy. You...read full review
