“Such a great Freddy’s location. I’ve been to several and this is one of the better ones. The food is exactly how it should be! But the service is EXCELLENT. Extremely clean and big restaurant. With an extremely friendly and helpful person at the register ready to go. They have outside seating as well. Would definitely come back to this location

Parking: Huge parking lot, right next to Walmart. The drive through is easy to understand and maneuver around

“I went to Freddy’s and really enjoyed my delicious food. I was talking about the burger I had for DAYS, it was fresh and juicy and just put me in a good mood after a long day. If you haven’t been to Freddy’s and you don’t know what you should get I would recommend their burger. You can really taste the love that went into making it by not only the freshness but the smile that gets put on your face after the first bite. The customer service is also very helpful, I had a question and a worker there named Alex was happy to help me and had a very positive attitude while doing so. Overall 10/10 review would definitely recommend.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“Pretty good place. It took me a few times eating here to find something that I really liked. The first time I tried the Philly and honestly everyone says they can make a Philly and they still can’t. This place is no different. In my opinion they cannot make a Philly. It may have everything on the sandwich but the taste is not there. I did try the chicken sandwich and it was not that great. I think they used ground chicken. The last time I had the ham and cheese cold sandwich and it was pretty good but nothing I couldn’t make at home in my own. It’s ok but not great.“

Got througj the car que quickly and my order was hot fresh and correct (I had 2 of the same sandwiches on made as is on menu one special order, and fries) I asked for a cup of water at window 2 which i had failed to order, and was politely and courteously given one without hesitation or irritation by the staff. 5☆s from me!

Vegetarian options: I like that wendys has the baked potato which feels more a meal than fries ir tots, also taco salad can be done with chips and cheese. Salad, etc. Its still a fast food but at least they have some options in there. And the prices arent ridiculous. I will say wendy needs to follow suit and get impossible burgers as well. Parking: Sputh side location feels safe and never too busy but is located on republic road between kansas avenue and ks exp...

Kid-friendliness: Wendys is and always has been a family friendly environment with food both kids and adults can appreciate for reasonable cost. This wendys has the additional plus of being located in a better part of town and not being over crowded or run over by the less fortunate looking for a place to camp. I have no issue with the homeless but i know for some they are troubling or scary particulary to new parents with young kids. This location seems devoid of that in contrast to the kearny st store, in springfield, missouri which sees much more of that.

I was having a hard time figuring out flavors I could have made into a float and when my confusion became apparent, Jason stepped in to handle the situation with true authority. When I arrived at home I could see my burger was carefully prepared and thoughtfully wrapped. So many times orders are just sort of thrown together. Not so last night. When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are doing with our card while they take forever to pay.Oreo shakes deserve to be consumed using the straw they provide you with. A super thin straw so the chunks of Oreo shouldn't be 10x the size of the opening for the straw. The trick is to crush the Oreos before blending the shake.“

They also liked their Butterfinger and chocolate shakes. Although they liked them, they could have enjoyed them better without the whipped crram. I ordered the Garlic Double Steak burger, and it tasted as good as I remember it. Buttery and garlicky like delicious garlic bread should taste. The steak burgers were perfectly cooked with a nice bit of crunch on the edges.
