“This is a chicken restaurant that served fast food. The prices are average. The service is average. The food is average. I didn't find the food to be anything special. I got the chicken nuggets 12 piece. They were small and seemed highly processed. The BBQ sauce was too sweet and small also. I would say this is an average chicken restaurant. If you get the nuggets be sure to get 12 because they're really small.“

“I absolutely love this place and this location because the csrs are awesome helpful and have great hospitality! If you going to come here go ahead and get a burger or the roast beef. The other sandwiches are awesome too, but the roast beef is tender juicy and flavorful, the only problem is that they do not have many sauces to go on top of it but dress it up with an onion and some ranch or so with some barbecue sauce and make your own special sauce and you're good to go! The burgers are delicious and made to order go ahead and try the Olive Burger! If I could give these guys six stars, I would!“

“When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“This location has good food quality.Their technology for payment systems, microphones, speakers, and more is lacking a needed upgrade because it seems the service can't hear what we are saying, and keeps asking to repeat while having popping scratching audio. When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are doing with our card while they take forever to pay.Oreo shakes deserve to be consumed using the straw they provide you with. A super thin straw so the chunks of Oreo shouldn't be 10x the size of the opening for the straw. The trick is to crush the Oreos before blending the shake.“

“When I first went to Arby's I got some sandwich I believe it was some kind of roast beef sandwich. I had never ordered from there before. I was not a fan of that sandwich. With that being said this place really redeemed itself with the corned beef sandwich that they have. I loved it, and my kids loved their mac and cheese! “I contacted the manager at the Kimbrough location before Thanksgiving to request an order that would be our Thanksgiving dinner. My son recently lost his wife and this was his first Thanksgiving without her (she was an incredible lady), so there was a lot of sadness in our hearts. So, because my son loves Firehouse Subs, that's what I wanted to do for him for Thanksgiving. The manager didn't even hesitate, she was more than willing to provide the sandwiches and she provided the ingredients so we could make our own sandwiches on Thanksgiving Day. She did not charge me for the food and it was such an extremely nice thing for her to do, it made me cry. When I told my son what Firehouse Subs did for us, he and I both cried, because it was such a kind, unexpected gesture and it helped so much when we were dealing with the loss of his wife during the holidays. It gave me some hope that there are good people still left in this world. Thank you to the Manager personally for this simple act of kindness you did for my family; and thank you to the entire staff for all of their help and patience when I was getting this ordered.“

“Back when I first originally ordered from here for the first time back on March 1st they would have gotten a one star because the food was cold, drinks were incorrect and all around just nasty I didn't even eat my food. I called and explained to the manager what had happened and she said come in whenever and they were replace it. Fast forward over two months later because we hardly get up here and I spoke to the other manager and explained everything and she still kept their word on it as long as I could show the receipt which I did have. She could have easily had told me no that was over 2 months ago and that she was training a manager who didn't know protocol but she kept their word on it and I appreciate that. I was immediately impressed by the work ethic of the entire crew of this restaurant. I would have loved to have had any of them in my restaurants. “Okay so it's a five-star review because McDonald's is McDonald's and how can you rate or compare McDonald's with anything else? There is nothing like it. The food is there when you need it or want it. It's exactly what you expect every time. The chicken nuggets are the same chicken nuggets. They have been forever. The french fries or the french fries and the double cheeseburgers are the double cheeseburgers. There is no questioning or mistaking that every time you go to this restaurant everyone knows exactly what they are going to get every time and McDonald's provides that for us as a society.

You cannot compare McDonald's with any other restaurant. You cannot compare this to Burger, King or Hardee's. They are completely different establishments. The only similarities they have is yes. They do serve burgers and fries however, McDonald's burgers is their own Burger. That doesn't mean that it's better. That doesn't mean that it is inherently different. It is meat toppings cheese on a bun. It would be like comparing apples to freezer burritos. While they are both food, they are completely different types of food. McDonald's food is in a category of its own. That does not mean that it is better than everything else out there. It does not mean that it is worse than anything out there. This is why there is no way I can give this place any less than five stars because it is exactly what you expect it to be every single time.“
