Everything was good besides I wish it was a actual pizza hut driver... Since they took the drivers out they got door dash doing it the first driver never showed with my pizza the second driver did after I called but he didn't have a pizza bag or carrying it the right way the toppings were off he was very unprofessional as a driver he was vaping while dropping the pizza off... I don't mind about vaping but not while dropping the food off.. Pizza Hut bring back delivery 🚚
There was a mistake with my order and I had to wait for them to make a new pizza and Ryan was so thoughtful and helpful and we had a great conversation while I was waiting, and I would choose this Pizza Hut over any other in Springfield and the surrounding area. Thanks Ryan you made my experience great!!!!
I got the garlic Parmesan wings and they were delicious. I ordered them on the app and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in less than 10 and it was hot and ready for me. I will definitely be back.

Pizza Hut is a reliable and friendly restaurant with great food and helpful staff. Try their wings with Cajun and medium sauce for a delicious combination. Their pizzas, like the med pepperoni, are also a hit. Even when mistakes happen, the staff, like manager Rebecca, are quick to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
