Chicken was cold even though we asked for it to be heated and it was tuff and old. When we asked for something the young lady just shrugged and said this is the way we make. I thought you could request certain things? This has happened twice now in a month or so. Don’t think we’ll be back ☹️
i love most of the employees there but ive been here multiple times and noticed a manager named craven making a lot of people uncomfortable and he just was slow compared to normal employees I just wish subway knew how to train

Lot of customer late at night, long flight from the airport. Q was super patient and kind, made some great sandwiches and check on us and was very gracious about us having to wait. Great service, sincerely appreciated after a long travel day.
