I just came in 30 minutes before work ordered a nacho fry box large, received a small amount of nacho fries and a large nacho fire box container and then on top of my dorito loco taco supreme did not get any tomatoes.
I am a very complicated person so I can't blame them for getting it wrong or forgetting something once in a while. Always check your order before you leave the parking lot. That is my humanity helping message for the day. Run for the Border!

Overall, really weird place. They have all the obese woman working the window, half of them aren't wearing bra's, they lean over the register and counter and drink area and makes you wonder where the sweat and hair is going...the day shift working food, terrible..night shift working food, great.
