I struggle with feeling anxious at restaurants and she made my aunt and I feel so comfortable. I am also gluten free and they have everything on the menu marked on what is gf. It's a simple thing but I dont see it often so I though I'd mention it. What wasnt marked gf, they were able to make some of the items gf with their gf soy sauce.”

Whenever we got there for our reservation, we had a small side room to ourselves, the table was decorated perfectly with the birthday stuff I provided. Our service and food was outstanding! At the end of the meal, our cake was brought out, candles lit, then cut and served at our table! I was so impressed with the level of service! It made our night extra special! Highly, highly recommend Jimms!”

“One of my favorite things to do when traveling is to try local BBQ. A Google search landed me here. Walking on we were immediately greeted by the staff, who were very friendly. After we put in our order we were promised our food in 15 min or so, 5 min later it came out. I had brisket, Turkey, and Ribs. All were cooked to perfection. None of them were dry. The spicy sauce was perfect, just enough spice to give it a bite but not so much it takes away from the food. My wife had the loaded fries and said they were amazing. Coleslaw was excellent, and the beans were good. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good BBQ.”

Being from out of town, we did have difficulty finding the entrance to the Emergency Room at night. The GPS did not take us the correct way and we had to drive around to find the entrance. But as far as the hospital itself, I would recommend my experience to anyone.”

Our food sat for 13 minutes waiting on the waitress to get it and bring it to us. By the time we got it, the pancakes would melt the butter. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but the servers were on their phones, chatting instead of paying attention to the food orders.”

They did have specific rules you had to follow (no wasting, 1 hour limit). The food was soooo good and the service was fantastic. I gave 4/5 stars on the atmosphere because it is pretty small location, definitely difficult to deal with if you have a larger party. Pictured is the $40 plate. I think the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a power outlet near the table where I could have charged my laptop but that's really a minor thing.Parking was a challenge and I was just about to leave when I spotted the lot across the street that said "Hold Fast Parking." We were this close to abandoning and losing this lovely time.Friendly bartender, comfy space inside with a really fun vibe and yes, two delicious "Power Play Pilsner" beers while I enjoyed an insane hot dog from "Doggy Style."I can see returning here especially now that I know the parking situation!”

“So I have a wheat allergy, and have been going to neighbors mill for a long time because I can have the spelt oat bread. Here recently the customer service has gone way down hill. Today I called a head and order a grilled cheese on spelt, a tomato soup, and a salad and told them “no bread on the side.” When I got there I checked my food (because I have ordered this before and still end up with bread on the salad and have to give it away) and the salad had the focaccia in with it. So I told the lady checking me out that it needs to be remade, and her response to me was “well you should have told us.” (It was written on the receipt) so while I was waiting for that I asked for a spelt pumpkin muffin, paid for it and went on my way. At a stop light I had realized that she had given me a regular pumpkin muffin. So I turned around and when I got there she said “what’s wrong now?” And I told her that she put a regular muffin in my bag when I had asked for a spelt one because of my allergy. Needless to say I’m done, between what happened today and a buddy of mine used to work there and he told me that they treat their employees like garbage. Now they’re treating their customers the same way.”

Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but the servers were on their phones, chatting instead of paying attention to the food orders.”

After we put in our order we were promised our food in 15 min or so, 5 min later it came out. I had brisket, Turkey, and Ribs. All were cooked to perfection. None of them were dry. The spicy sauce was perfect, just enough spice to give it a bite but not so much it takes away from the food. My wife had the loaded fries and said they were amazing. Coleslaw was excellent, and the beans were good. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good BBQ.”

“Went a little later at night. I asked for no salt on my fries, as they'd put too much on the last time we had gone. I didn't get fresh non salted fries this time either. They were pretty strong with the salt again so I gave them to my husband to eat. Other than that, the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good. Good but of heat, fresh, hot. Just wish the piece of chicken was bigger honestly.”

“I had the best gluten free cauliflower crust pizza with cheese and mushrooms. The mushrooms were sautéed in a delicious seasoning and placed on top the cheese. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to work as a team. I can’t wait to go back!!”

I finally got the opportunity to go in today, and was met with such friendly customer service, an adorable interior and warm atmosphere, and the most delicious pastries and boba tea in Springfield! All of the cakes and pastries are handmade with so much love. You can tell this boba shop is a passion project for the owner, as there are so many personal touches in every detail of the shop. Definitely give this place a try! The strawberry swiss roll is to die for!”

New pretty cool looking interior design, superb bar /cocktail offerings, medium loud on Friday, huge menu and above avg Lumch Specials. Ordered house margarita; well balanced taste w/sweet orange overtone. Quesadilla, taco and flauta combo used tasty marinated meat mixed with green chilies overlayed with decent guac and perfect portion for one. For sure coming back, a superb addition to the intensely competitive Mexican food eateries.”
