Taco Bell in Springfield

“The people here are so friendly. They always give me a water cup when I ask for some when it's hot outside and they always do it with a smile. I've never had a bad experience in this place. Taco Bell is pretty bland usually, but this place is always food with a smile and a good atmosphere.“

“My new favorite location, I'm glad I live near it. came in while they were wrapped around the building expecting it to take 20-30 minutes to get my order (like usual) but it only took about 5-8 minutes!? And the staff was so kind, everyone in the back had such a great attitude it was honestly refreshing not to see a bunch of negativity in taco bell during a rush, especially the girl with pink/red hair, loved her energy sm she was so sweet!!! And for the first time ever I actually got what I ordered and didn't have to wait on something they forgot! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing (writing this review on the toilet post taco bell, worth the stomach ache)“

“oh my gosh!!!! Taco Bell has definitely up the game!! I hadnt gone to Taco Belle too much these days cuz I've been disappointed in their food in the way they're little 50¢ coin size squirt on a $2.99 taco Taco Bell meat sauce whenever you can go and get street tacos for the same price. but recently I tried the mini taco salad and new supreme & chips dip... both UNDER 3.00 EACH..all I got to say is oh my gosh amazing down to the size for the price it was and the taste...yummie“

“I don't know what kind of black magic the nice lady used, but it worked. Unlike any other Taco Bell, this place made a beefy five layer that wasn't built like a sedentary rock. I had beans, cheese, and meat with every bite. Every other time I've had one all the cheese was just at one end. I'm rambling now, but that's just how magical it was.“

“There was a night recently where it was about 2-3 am and there were 4 or so cars in the drive thru. We did our mobile order and pulled through, quick and friendly service. It seemed it was the main person who greets and takes the money and either one other person or it was just them all by themselves working. Either way, everything was made perfectly and it was out the window with little to no wait at all!“

“All fast food is hit or miss but the awesome people there between like 2pm and 6pm are always amazing, I've got a picky kiddo and his food is always right. Food other times is still great other times, just super grateful for the people making Taco Bell a favorite for my little guy.“

“I come to this location anytime I’m on this side of town because they always make sure my avocado sauce is in the bag. So many locations around Springfield do not even though it costs extra. I’ve not had a bad experience from this particular location.“

“The chicken $5 box was gross ?. The bathroom was not cleaned. But the worst part was before I even walked into the door. There were two female employees (one was a manager, and the other was the front register employee (really young female). As I was walking around the corner to come inside the building, all I could smell was someone smoking weed (marijuana), I mentioned it to the young front register girl because the manager just walked in as I walked up cuz she didn't want me to smell it I guess. But I said something to the young girl and she says I know put her finger to her lips and said shhhh ?. Like don't tell anyone or say anything! And she just smiled walked around me and came inside. Then there was a male that worked the line making the food, he went outside the smoke, he came inside to make orders again, and didn't even wash his hands before getting online and making food. So needless to say, I will not be coming back to the store again!“

“Daytime mngr here seems great. He interacts, looks like he helps his employees by greeting guests and helping at the counter. I don't know if he's the mngr but he seems to be. The food is your typical hit or miss taco bell, but its a hit more than its a miss. I'd recommend.“

“This tbell never messes up my food order, gives accurate portions, makes the food taste good, is prompt and fast with service, and always has a great attitude. Tonight when I went there was a huge line. The staff got the orders out fast and included all of the cutlery’s and napkins and modifications I needed. 10/10 employees and I hope they treated as great as they are.“

“Stopped by tonight after working a 14 hour shift. The gentleman at the drive thru was polite and professional. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, Mexican pizza and a #6 Doritos locos taco supreme meal. The food was made with care. Everything was warm and fresh. Great job all around.“
