“We came for lunch and it was pretty busy, but Marcy took special care to make sure my smoothie came out correctly as I had ordered it, even coming out to double check with me what I had ordered. We also saw her go out of her way to ensure other customers got their correct orders as well. She was very kind and professional! Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time!“

“Every time I come here, it’s always a big girls are talking and they take push the conversation before you they help you. There was one gentleman they were working. His name is Chris and he was so good which is why I gave you a four star review other than that it would’ve been a one thank you Chris for your help.“
“This is one of my favorite locations for Tropical Smoothie, in Springfield, MO.
One of the main reasons is because every single time we've had our smoothies and food made at this location they get it right, and it tastes amazing. The other locations are good/ okay, however, sometimes the smoothies are inconsistent and not smooth. Sometimes they've not been made correctly... But here at this location we've never had that issue. We even drive out of our way just to go to this location because of that reason.
I highly suggest this location for Tropical Smoothie. I also suggest that you download and use their app as they have great deals often and you can save money that way!
