“I called Mrs Gilmore's twice, and emailed once about a group of about 15 women who wanted to have lunch at Mrs. Gilmore's. No one answered my email, and neither time I called was the need for a reservation mentioned. When we arrived, they evidently mistook our group for another one who was also lunching there that day. Once the error was discovered it became evident they were not prepared for our group. We were made to feel as if we'd done something wrong. They seated us in another area, our drink orders taken and delivered, and we never saw our server again. Finally, after one of us had to leave in order to get food before going to work, we decided to go elsewhere. A neighboring restaurant was able to accommodate us quickly without fuss, despite being short handed. We had our food within a surprisingly short time. Thank you, Big Momma's. We'll be back.“

“Druff's is my favorite place in Springfield. We go almost every other Sunday after church. I recommend just about everything on the menu. I prefer a side of homemade tomato soup, but the other sides are delicious as well. I don't know how they do it, but the sandwiches are perfectly crispy and cheesy every single time.

My usual is the backwoods sandwich, but the the too cute is a great, non-sandwich, option.

They also have amazing cocktails for a Sunday fun day.

“Me and my wife came here for our date night. The food was delicious, we love the onions rings we got. Never liked onions rings till I had theirs ?. The t bone steak was amazing and wife loved her chicken pecan salad, get the honey lime dressing?. The waiters so nice and did their job very well! They kept checking up making sure we had everything and everything was good. Outstanding service! 10/10 will come back for date night ?!“

“First time going to the Grotto and was not disappointed. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, tacos, and appetizers. When you walk in the menu board is on the left, you look over it, and then order and pay at the register. The only negative that I have is that they try to pressure you into providing a tip immediately by having the tip screen pop up before you can pay. The only service they provide is bringing you your order. You get your own drinks, silverware, condiments, napkins, and refills so I am not sure why they ask for a tip. Anyway, the food was great. My wife ordered the grilled chicken meal with two sides. She got the side salad and sweet potato fries. She loved everything about it. The chicken was moist, the fries crunchy, and salad wonderfully seasoned. I ordered the Swiss burger and fries. The fries were hot and crispy and the burger was delicious with the house made aioli sauce. The only issue was that the burger was a tad dry, but not enough to say it wasn't delicious. We also ordered the chips and caso appetizer which was really good with the caso having a nice kick to it. Would return to try something else.

“Party of 6, 3/9/24, Sat 5:30pm. Our wait was only a few minutes, Greeter Josh smiling and friendly. Server Astrid did a great job thoughout the meal; personable, quality checks, tbl manicured, drinks refilled. Food temps and quality great! Owner Avid seen in the dining room the whole time actively greeting and seating guests, and assisting the staff. Well done everyone--this is our new place!!“

“My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Culver's on East sunshine tonight where the food was delicious and we received exceptional service from a young man named Jason, who was just a delight. I was having a hard time figuring out flavors I could have made into a float and when my confusion became apparent, Jason stepped in to handle the situation with true authority. I didn't end up ordering a float anyway, but, man, he sure was helpful! Thanks, Jason!“

“Couldn’t be seated in patio, reserved (says hostess)…. What’s up with that, no one showed up. I went out there after no one showed up there after a couple hours (brunette bartender had no answers, thought I was being rude asking about it being open, so had an attitude, said “well, you can go out there but you won’t have service.” Great attitude, right? Ginger bartender and server Faith made up for it. Those two were great.“
