“We have eaten here several times always great food & service. Our waitress was great, yet we sat for over 45 minutes waiting for our food. The place was not overly busy so no excuse there. She stopped back by our table and said let me check on your order of which we were told ours was up next. Still waiting 10 more minutes guy stops by our table with the excuse of a small kitchen. When our food finally arrived waitress said they had a new cook. Well I hope today was his last day. Don't give meaningless excuses and they were. He had the nerve to say i hope the food was worth the wait. It wasn't.“

“Red Robin is fantastic I remember as a kid we used to not go to Red Robin because they had some sort of hepatitis at break or something like that and I feel stupid for not going because that was only one time and they fixed it immediately now is an adult I go back to Red Robin fairly regularly as they have really good food not to mention the endless fries Ensure that I get filled So even if I'm having a bad day I can be like well at least I have more fry and I can get all the dipping sauces I went with the fries so I don't just eat dry fries That would be terrible if you had to eat dry fries but they say no we're going to be good guys and give you dipping sauces that's fantastic I said and they said we know not only that but we're giving you endless root beer floats and I said that's crazy who gives out endless root beer floats how do you afford that and they say we don't just like the endless fries it cost us a lot of money because you eat way too much and I said man that kind of hurts Red Robin but honestly I can't argue with you I do eat a lot and they said Red Robin yum and alternative to a happy fat bird and flew away also they have lots of burger“

“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

“I love blacksheep but tonight my food was just not good and it was so disappointing because we usually never have any complaints. I got the loaded fries and they were not very good which getting them to go happens but the "pulled pork" was just huge chunks of extremely tough meat I could barely chew.“

“We loved the fries and tots. Burgers are great, too. This is Not a self service Steak 'n Shake like some have become. Pleasant service. Busy place on a Sunday. We came at 11:40 and got a table. Some of those coming 15 mins later had to wait.“

“I love this Culvers for dine-in. However, the people preparing drive-thru orders need to check their orders. I sat and waited quite sometime for my order, only to get home and see that there was no salad dressing for my chicken cashew salad. I had none at home. A dry salad is not that good. 🙁“

“Steak N Shake in Springfield, Mo. is our family’s “go to place” when we travel I-44 on our way home from St. Louis several times a year. We love that this Steak N Shake continues to offer excellent table service instead of a kiosk ordering process like many of this franchise restaurants have gone to. Ande has been a hostess/server for quite some time and she keeps this restaurant running very smoothly with quality customer service. Food is outstanding and the cost value is remarkable. The original double steak burger with cheese and onion rings are a tasty stand by for my wife and I each time we visit this fine establishment. We truly look forward to our lunch break at this Steak N Shake on our travels through southern Missouri.“

“This steak n shake was far better than the one on St. Louis Street/National Ave! Might even be the best one in Springfield. The service was fantastic! We were greeted instantly and seated. Less than 10 mins we had our food and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you Eden for being awesome at what you do!“

“I absolutely love this place and this location because the csrs are awesome helpful and have great hospitality! If you going to come here go ahead and get a burger or the roast beef. The other sandwiches are awesome too, but the roast beef is tender juicy and flavorful, the only problem is that they do not have many sauces to go on top of it but dress it up with an onion and some ranch or so with some barbecue sauce and make your own special sauce and you're good to go! The burgers are delicious and made to order go ahead and try the Olive Burger! If I could give these guys six stars, I would!“
