“I visited for a senior trip past midnight. There were a close to 50 seniors and only 7 staff members, but they did such a great job taking care of our group and making sure we had a fun time! They were also just pretty friendly and super nice when we asked them for things. I would definitely go back again and I highly recommend it! It’s a fantastic party venue! I believe the staff we had were Matty, Shay, Hollis, Wyatt H., Maggie, Mariah, and Matt P. They were absolutely the best!“

“Smallest amount of chicken on the salad (4 tiny slices) that I've ever seen. Chicken sandwich very average. Can we not season chicken? Balsamic dressing was average and hot bacon dressing was mostly grease and vinegar. Nothing like hot bacon dressing I've ever had before!“

“So glad I found this place! The food was delicious and the service was incredibly fast and easy. Route 66 burger was cooked to perfection. The bacon and onions were an excellent touch to an already good burger. The hand cut fries were tasty with just the right amount of salt.
I did a to go order, but could’ve easily sat in the hotel lobby. There is plenty of seating at either the tables, bar, or high top table. there was a cool, upscale vibe, but not too swanky.

“My husband and I went for lunch today and upon telling the employees that the Diet Coke was watery, not only did they immediately come out to replace it, they gave us a cold bottle of Diet Coke while we were waiting. Friendly, fast and fabulous!“

I walked into Braum’s... expecting a simple vanilla soft serve in a cone, but what I experienced was nothing short of a five star culinary masterpiece..... From the moment I entered the place, the employees demonstrated a splendiferous level of fast paced teamwork and professionalism. Truly these workers deserve a standing ovation. And then there was. Oh. My. Goodness. The new cashier, Jocelyn, did not simply take my order. She embarked on a journey with me. Her service was so marvelous, so magnificent, so breathtakingly exquisite that I shed a tear right there at the register. The way she served me my vanilla soft serve in a cone was comparable to watching an artist paint the Mona Lisa ..The cone was immaculate. The vanilla was heavenly. The customer service? Absolutely devouring. Every employee did their job incredibly well, and I could practically feel the dedication radiating from behind the counter. This was not just fast food. This was a symphony of customer satisfaction, a ballet of business excellence, a masterclass in ice cream distribution. I came in as a customer and left as a changed individual. I will never look at vanilla soft serve the same way again.

**10/10. 100/10. INFINITE/10.** Would absolutely return to Braum’s just to experience this legendary level of service again. 🙌

“My Family and I love it here. We don't go to any other fast food competitors. Beef-A-Roo is fresh, cheaper and satisfying! They have more options than most. Customer service is phenomenal, greets well and always smiling.

When they went on strike, we were sad and was hoping they don't close down. Owners needs to stay on top of funding and income to assure their workers are getting paid!

“My favorite pub in springfield. Been going in for food and fun for many years. Excellent burgers and the owner is a retired Army helicopter pilot who did tours in Vietnam. Get into Shultz and Dooleys for some fun, delicious cocktails and food and shoot some pool and sing some karaoke.“
