Dont know this induvidual But his name was Shawn. Works mornings from the call I made to him taking the order was totally friendly but most of all he cared about taking care of customers. Thank you. You made my week.
very personable. takes request for a special treatment on your food lol and did it. ask them to double toast my grilled cheese and they said yes. at Sonic they told me they were not allowed to deviate from the Sonic perfection of their toast meaning they were not allowed to run the bread through the toaster and butter or more than once LOL the Hardee's was more than okay with it and I love their sourdough bread with their grilled cheese
It has been a long time since i ate there but the young man that took our order was very polite and the food was really good i got the Frisco burger and my wife got the big ham and cheese we both got the combo and it was delicious and in my book the young man went above and beyond we will definitely go back
