“This was my 4th stay and I won’t stay anywhere else in Springfield. We’ve usually booked the Istanbul room but weren’t able to get it this time. We had St. Petersburg, and loved it! The rooms are bright, spacious, and leave no saccharin after-taste of a chain hotel. The coffee is the best I have ever had! Though not staffed in the traditional way, I meet the owners nearly every visit. They, along with the Eurasia staff, are friendly and responsive. We’re not vacationers to Springfield but I always leave feeling like I’ve treated myself! 100% recommend.“

If you are wanting to stop in and grab a quick coffee, make sure you have at least 30 minutes because it will take all of that time, no matter how busy it appears to be. I’ve even ordered online 20 minutes prior and still waited 15 minutes inside. It’s delicious but def not somewhere to quickly pop into to grab a latte.“

The guy at the end they gave us our coffee was really funny and personable, and this coffee was a win! As a matter of fact the girl before that took our order was boss too! It was a weird drive-thru service where people stood outside to take your order and give you your coffee, but they could do several lines at the same time and also I felt a little sorry for them standing in the cold“

I gotta say the Cooke Butter Coffee was hands down one of the best latte's I've had and the portion sizes for what you pay is top notch! I love this place so much; there is even photo ops! I do wish they would stay open past 2PM though! I can't say enough good things about this place!!“

“The coffee was great, but even better was the girl working behind the counter by herself on Friday, May 8th with a line of people out the door stretching back to St Louis. She just made drink after drink, no complaints, one after the other, holding down the fort.

She deserves a raise for that effort. Also maybe consider having two people on staff when Missouri State is having graduation.“

And it hurts to walk and didn't have a mask so I couldn't go in. “I have only visited this place once so I'm by far not a regular. The staff were friendly but I was quite disappointed that they didn't use the star rewards. I found out it's because the Starbucks is through the store and that's why. Which makes sense. Now, I am not sure but they could have changed that since I've been. This was the only issue I had, with that said... Enjoy the coffee folks!“

My first fall semester at Missouri State University, I tried the Cordusio, which was new, but only temporary, to the menu, and I really liked it. It was named after Piazza Cordusio in Milan, Italy, where Starbucks had just opened a new store.And my first fall semester as a Missouri State Bear, I used to go here every Tuesday during my lunch break, between my lab section of Digital Film & Media Production and Intro to Film. It was one of my favorite parts of that semester, along with those classes.“
