I love this place because it opens when the ticketing counter opens at SGF. I haven't had the coffee because I'm trying to sleep on plane rides but I've had the quiche and the brownies which are gluten free and really really good. WOW. Best drip coffee I've ever had in my LIFE at the Springfield airport! Perfectly brewed, strong enough for my 7am flight, and LOVE the variety of DELICIOUS sugar-free syrups offered! I tried the caramel, dark chocolate and Irish creme because I simply couldn't pick one. Also, the black coffee is self-serve (and so is the half-n-half on the side. Despite it being 5am in the morning the staff were cheerful and helpful. They have plenty of specialty coffee options and pretty tasty and easy breakfast options. Just what you need for an early morning flight!
