Friendliest customer service in the Springfield area. Food is great! The only thing I docked it for, you will play Russian roulette with your order, whose order do I have and what is it this time.
I love McDonald's breakfast. You just can't go wrong there. This is a small one attached to a convenience store. Very clean, and the staff works hard to make the customer happy.

Well ordinarily I don't mind McDonald's. But this McDonald's here in Willard besides every time I'm going to order they either mess up the order somehow by getting it wrong, being shortened food, also they always having me pull forward to wait for it and generally still unable 8 out for 10 times cant never get my order right even when it's very simple.. as in ketchup only on burgers an fries sometimes 2- 4 piece nuggets they can't ever seem to get it right hey let's go back up...read full review
