“I went a few hours before close. I had a quite large order. I was impressed with the accuracy of such a large and customized order but they got every single thing correct and nothing was missing or made the wrong way. The attitude of the staff however I was not impressed with as they were a bit snobbish and rude. Maybe due to a big order but regardless shouldn't be treating people like that. Or asking after every item ordered if thats all as if it was bothering them. The time it took from ordering to receiving our food was good though I will say. Not a bad experience.“

“I got mozzarella sticks and they were not hot enough but still good. I’m not a usual fan of sonic but today I decided to try some for the fun of it. But the service was amazing. The person at the drive through window was super kind (I think his name was Nick or Niko) amazing service!“

“I came in Saturday night at 9:30 after racing all day, exhausted I went inside to place my order and was met by Luke who was awesome to deal with and very personable. “Best service we've had from any Chick-fil-A. Our family eats a lot of CFA when we travel because they're always consistent, clean, and have good service. We love that the high chairs are always clean for our kids and that they come with wipes and placemats. This particular location had the best service we've ever recieved. One our kids spilled a drink within the first 2 minutes of getting our food. Without even asking, an employee named Saige was there with a mop and a new drink. She continued serve us throughout our entire meal and even brought our kids toys for the long car ride home. I can't overstate how helpful Saige and the other employees were to our chaotic family as we tried to make sure all our kids were fed.“

“When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“
