“I went a few hours before close. I had a quite large order. I was impressed with the accuracy of such a large and customized order but they got every single thing correct and nothing was missing or made the wrong way. The attitude of the staff however I was not impressed with as they were a bit snobbish and rude. Maybe due to a big order but regardless shouldn't be treating people like that. Or asking after every item ordered if thats all as if it was bothering them. The time it took from ordering to receiving our food was good though I will say. Not a bad experience.“

“Best service we've had from any Chick-fil-A. Our family eats a lot of CFA when we travel because they're always consistent, clean, and have good service. We love that the high chairs are always clean for our kids and that they come with wipes and placemats. This particular location had the best service we've ever recieved. One our kids spilled a drink within the first 2 minutes of getting our food. Without even asking, an employee named Saige was there with a mop and a new drink. She continued serve us throughout our entire meal and even brought our kids toys for the long car ride home. I can't overstate how helpful Saige and the other employees were to our chaotic family as we tried to make sure all our kids were fed.“

“When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“

“I ordered in a pretty hectic way, and so when I got handed the second drink with ice in it I wasn't going to say anything. Jaylinn must of seen me looking at it, she asked me if that was meant to have no ice in it, and apologized before giving me a drink with no ice. Awesome service, awesome food, it is worth the price.

“I contacted the manager at the Kimbrough location before Thanksgiving to request an order that would be our Thanksgiving dinner. My son recently lost his wife and this was his first Thanksgiving without her (she was an incredible lady), so there was a lot of sadness in our hearts. So, because my son loves Firehouse Subs, that's what I wanted to do for him for Thanksgiving. The manager didn't even hesitate, she was more than willing to provide the sandwiches and she provided the ingredients so we could make our own sandwiches on Thanksgiving Day. When she called to tell me the food was ready for me to pick up Wednesday evening, she told me something I did not expect! She did not charge me for the food and it was such an extremely nice thing for her to do, it made me cry. When I told my son what Firehouse Subs did for us, he and I both cried, because it was such a kind, unexpected gesture and it helped so much when we were dealing with the loss of his wife during the holidays. It gave me some hope that there are good people still left in this world. Thank you to the Manager personally for this simple act of kindness you did for my family; and thank you to the entire staff for all of their help and patience when I was getting this ordered.“

“I am a retired Director of Operations for a Burger King franchise in Arizona. I found this little DQ when I moved to Springfield. I was immediately impressed by the work ethic of the entire crew of this restaurant. I would have loved to have had any of them in my restaurants. “Can't say enough about the late night crew at this particular Burger King food is always fresh And Timely and the crew is friendly no matter what the time or how busy they are, unlike the big yellow M down the road who takes forever for an order talk to you like a dog over the intercom and then turns off the signs because they get too busy an hour before they were supposed to close so good job Burger King especially the gentleman working the drive-thru windows.“

“We stopped into this subway for lunch between doctors appointments. It was very busy but one of the two employees working, Emily, provided incredible speed and service. She was clearly doing her shift with a newer or just slower employee and gracefully picked up the slack.
