I am a retired Director of Operations for a Burger King franchise in Arizona. I found this little DQ when I moved to Springfield. I was immediately impressed by the work ethic of the entire crew of this restaurant. I would have loved to have had any of them in my restaurants. The food is always consistently good and the restaurant is always clean. Not just at the surface level but deep clean.

I have always chosen DQ over Braums. Now, I chose Braums over DQ. DQ quality has tanked, and the prices have become ridiculous.
Sell out, DQ's all over town are horrible!
This location went above & beyond to help me give my husband & son a great bday cake after receiving a hideous one frm another location. ❤ Wasn't thier job 2 do so & they did it without hesitation & asked for nothing in return. Just simply wanted 2 make it right by helping when they didn't have 2 at all. Thank you so much DQ on College. We will definitely be buying frm this location here on out! GREAT customer service!
