“There's nothing quite like indulging in an icy treat from a Springfield classic, Pineapple Whip. The staff here are full of smiles. There are three tables available for those who eat on-site. Since it's situated near various restaurants, Pineapple Whip can serve as your dessert after a meal out. Additionally, its proximity to the Alamo Drafthouse and Gillenwater Tennis Courts makes it convenient for post-movie or post-match refreshment.“
“Love my Freddy's! No matter what time of day I show up. Right before closing or right at opening never treated wrong. This morning Maddy did an excellent job on my order and figuring out the computer when it decided to go bonkers on her. Keep up the excellent work y'all!“
“I'm a big fan of Andy's and who doesn't like good ice cream and frozen custard? My experience at Andy's has always been a great one even if they are super busy the order taker comes right out to your car takes your order and when you pull up to the window your order is ready shortly after paying for your order. Andy's is definitely a win win!“
“I grew up in Springfield, Going to the Ozark Empire Fair and having Pineapple Whip EVERY Year!!! I moved away and haven't had a Pineapple Whip in over 7 years and I still think about it all the time!!! I saw online that they are selling Pineapple Whip at the grocery store down in Springfield and am really hoping they start selling it at least statewide soon!!! I hope to make the trip finally next summer and be able to finally be able to have one again!!!!“
“Our GPS took us to HQ - haha. The gal coming down the stairs confirmed that there's no custard served at HQ. As I thanked her, she asked me to wait, and came back with coupons. We boogied over and enjoyed another iteration of this midwest treat, and it was *delicious*. Breakfast of champions!“
“Driving through were told by hotel clerk we had to try Andy's Frozen Custard and boy am I glad we did. This was by far the best frozen custard I have ever tasted. I did a medium of some chocolate concrete mix and thought I would save half for the next day, however it was so smooth and yummy I ate the whole thing. Great stop!“
“Strawana with pecans and marshmallow cream. Those magical words will change your life. Well maybe not your life, but you will not regret your choice. The sweet and salty mix is everything. I’m getting all teary just thinking about it. ?But seriously, Andy’s…especially the new MSU location and Campbell locations are fantastic.“
“This place is incredible! Our family held a birthday party in one of the rooms, and the two ladies there (Sarah and Crystallena) where absolutely great, can't say enough about these two young ladies. The atmosphere and prices will keep you coming back to this chill coffee house. Would recommend to anyone.“
“Had the pleasure, of a beautiful lady named Kinleigh , serving us! She was a very sweet young lady who has great customer service! We appreciate that in a world that seems to have lost it. Thank you for a great eating out experience! The food is always great too!!!“
“Orange Leaf is now somewhat different compared to my trips to there as a teenager. But even today, I love it!Last Monday after dinner, I was welcomed here with a bright, cheerful orange and white vibe! The froyo bar is still self-serve, but to my surprise, I discovered that they now charge per cup size, not per ounce unlike in the early 2010s. Nevertheless, I got myself a wonderful sweet combo of orange, cheesecake, coffee, and Reese's yogurt, and asked for toppings of cookie dough and brownie bites and peanut butter and caramel sauces.I LOVE this perky spot for self-serve frozen yogurt! And I will certainly visit the one on Republic Road someday.“
“My wife and I come here regularly after date nights because it's one of the few places that I can get dairy free ice cream with toppings easily. While the only options are the Silk chocolate as well as the lemon or raspberry sorbet, these plus the dozens of toppings amount to many combinations to satisfy my specific dietary needs. Thankful for the option to have a regular date night spot!(Pictured is my regular Silk chocolate and lemon sorbet mix with sprinkles and pie crust)“
“Pineapple Whip is a must-try for those visiting Springfield in the summer, especially because it is only open in the summer. The cold sweetness combined with a fruity punch makes it incredibly refreshing when it's hot outside. This specific location offers three tables for seating and is also conveniently situated across the street from Hy-Vee, where you can purchase their pre-frozen pints.“
“we visited tonight for the first time and absolutely loved our experience! we are EMO loving fools so we loved all the decor and music that made us feel like we were in college. the ice cream was soooo good and we were happy it was all dairy-free! we will definitely be back again.“
“The food is amazing here, we won't get burgers or onion rings anywhere else. I love their root beer float, we love their ice cream - However, we do sometimes have issues with our ice cream being off with our toppings, but still delicious regardless.“
“Cool modern donut shop with all types of innovative ingredient combinations. Colorful and and a little kitschy- all fun. We got a dozen mixed and every one of them was great. The big sell for me is the giant Apple fritter and cinnamon roll. It’s a drag to work on a holiday but the staff weren’t moping around and had a good vibe. The donuts have held up pretty good for several days and even a little stale they’re delicious. The only downside for me was that the music was a little too loud. I have some hearing loss and the loud music interfered with my experience somewhat. Great donut shop. Getcha some.Parking: It’s a little difficult to navigate into the location if you’re not familiar with the area.Kid-friendliness: Fun seating and lots of colorful decor. Donuts are always kid friendly“
“Stopped in for some frozen custard. Man was it good too! The one thing I love about Andy's is they get you in and out quick. The food is always good. Never been disappointed. And even though it was cool that night they have huge heaters above you to keep you comfortable. I go there every chance I get. Which isn't often enough. Check it out“
“It's a burger joint. The kids enjoyed their food and shakes. My chili was good. Service was fine. The coolest part was they had a market section with their products. I didn't have room in my cooler and a 3 hr drive otherwise I would have gotten some stuff“
“I really like the food here.So far, I have been to Culver's in Branson, Springfield, and Flagstaff, and they were all excellent!I may be a little bit playing favorites here, too, because my maiden name was Culver. LOL!??Please build a Culver's in Tulsa!“
“I've been wanting to try the Cod Sandwich and for the money it's a great value, even for those with larger appetites. I went through the drive through so can't say anything about the inside but as it was noon, the wait for my food was probably longer than other hours.“
“I love this place. It's not only a nice cream place but you can get hamburgers and french fries and all kinds of goodies and even's got a little store on inside where you can , set and eat I love their banana splitsKid-friendliness: They handled my wild children grandchildren that isWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in with wheelchair“
“What a wonderful place for custard and memories. Andy and his crew know how to make delicious treats and yummy rootbeer. What used to be just a Springfield gem is now moving across the nation. It is always a treat we love to try the "local" Andy's when we travel.“
