“We rarely drive by a Braum's I love their malts, and all of their food products we love their sandwiches the cheeseburgers and the French fries had that to the mallts I always buy and they're the best comfort pill I can find. I love their groceries and select of ice cream to in quart or 1/2 gallon. Staff is normally very friendly and professional. Also their restrooms are always impeccabley clean.“

“I had a great experience at Freddy’s today! I came in for ice cream and fries and had a free large fries reward through the app. Before paying, I verified with Austin that the reward was available, and he confirmed it. Unfortunately, when the transaction went through, the reward didn’t apply.

What impressed me most was how the team handled the situation. Austin immediately recognized the issue and took the initiative to notify the manager so they could find me and make it right. Tyler, the manager, promptly followed up with us and took care of everything on their end to resolve the issue.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds. Austin and Tyler showed excellent customer service, accountability, and genuine care for their customers. I was honestly impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything.

“first time enjoying the franchise. everything was such good quality, so fresh and so flavorful, not spicy but well seasoned. the chili was amazing, they use the same burger meat and again its pretty mild but so tasty. im a big fan. the prices are pretty reasonable as well. the menu is pretty simple for the food although they do serve breakfast as well and are open pretty late (till 11pm) the star of the show is truly the ice cream though. the ice cream is so decadent and the flavors are all so interesting, they have the classics of course but im very fascinated by the peach amaretto, monster cookie and the coconut chocolate cheesecake. will definitely be back soon“

“Back when I first originally ordered from here for the first time back on March 1st they would have gotten a one star because the food was cold, drinks were incorrect and all around just nasty I didn't even eat my food. I called and explained to the manager what had happened and she said come in whenever and they were replace it. Fast forward over two months later because we hardly get up here and I spoke to the other manager and explained everything and she still kept their word on it as long as I could show the receipt which I did have. She could have easily had told me no that was over 2 months ago and that she was training a manager who didn't know protocol but she kept their word on it and I appreciate that.
