I had a great experience at Freddy’s today! I came in for ice cream and fries and had a free large fries reward through the app. Before paying, I verified with Austin that the reward was available, and he confirmed it. Unfortunately, when the transaction went through, the reward didn’t apply.

My food was like warm at best. It was quite disappointing because I was really looking forward to trying Freddy's.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers offers a delightful experience with friendly staff and excellent service. The drive-thru service was top-notch. The atmosphere was enjoyable, with attentive managers ensuring picture-perfect food and delightful custard. The staff's respect and friendliness towards customers created a welcoming environment, making it a place to revisit. The lady who took the order was extremely kind and carried an amazing vibe. The 2 men in the kitchen area were very friendly. Food was very fresh and delicious. The manager on duty was very helpful. Awesome service. The brisket mushroom burger was so good! Orders come out accurate and hot. The manager is awesome, and despite an order being wrong one time, they gave extra, which was awesome. The food is always good and the service is always amazing.
