“Overall I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is quiet (considering the amount of people in here). The food was good, only thing I didn't like was whatever my pasta was cooked in, but it was still good. The owner Daniel came out and presented my dish with a parm wheel and made sure we enjoyed our food and thanked us for coming out.“

“The sweet tea is awesome, the sausage biscuit and gravy tastes great, but I only got one little 1/2"×1/2 inch square of sausage. That's not sausage gravy, that's an oops, a piece of sausage fell into your gravy. 😂🤣😂“

I will be honest because I live in the area, that ive had bad experiences here but overall its been good. The people here dont get paid very much so what do you expect. “I visited for a senior trip past midnight. There were a close to 50 seniors and only 7 staff members, but they did such a great job taking care of our group and making sure we had a fun time! They were also just pretty friendly and super nice when we asked them for things. I would definitely go back again and I highly recommend it! It’s a fantastic party venue! I believe the staff we had were Matty, Shay, Hollis, Wyatt H., Maggie, Mariah, and Matt P. They were absolutely the best!“

“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

“Smallest amount of chicken on the salad (4 tiny slices) that I've ever seen. Chicken sandwich very average. Can we not season chicken? Balsamic dressing was average and hot bacon dressing was mostly grease and vinegar. Nothing like hot bacon dressing I've ever had before!“

“I love this Culvers for dine-in. However, the people preparing drive-thru orders need to check their orders. I sat and waited quite sometime for my order, only to get home and see that there was no salad dressing for my chicken cashew salad. I had none at home. A dry salad is not that good. 🙁“

“My husband and I went for lunch today and upon telling the employees that the Diet Coke was watery, not only did they immediately come out to replace it, they gave us a cold bottle of Diet Coke while we were waiting. Friendly, fast and fabulous!“

What set this place apart, though, was the patio seating. It offered the perfect balance of ambiance and comfort to enjoy the gorgeous weather. As a pet owner, I especially appreciated their pet-friendly policy. My dogs were welcomed warmly and clearly enjoyed being part of the outing. “My favorite pub in springfield. Been going in for food and fun for many years. Excellent burgers and the owner is a retired Army helicopter pilot who did tours in Vietnam. Get into Shultz and Dooleys for some fun, delicious cocktails and food and shoot some pool and sing some karaoke.“

“I had a great experience at Freddy’s today! I came in for ice cream and fries and had a free large fries reward through the app. Before paying, I verified with Austin that the reward was available, and he confirmed it. Unfortunately, when the transaction went through, the reward didn’t apply.
What impressed me most was how the team handled the situation. Austin immediately recognized the issue and took the initiative to notify the manager so they could find me and make it right. Tyler, the manager, promptly followed up with us and took care of everything on their end to resolve the issue.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds. Austin and Tyler showed excellent customer service, accountability, and genuine care for their customers. I was honestly impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything.
Great job to both of them and the Freddy’s team! This kind of customer service deserves recognition. I’ll gladly be back!“
