“The Ozark and Nixa locations are my go-to, mostly for breakfasts. But the Service is spot on. They greeted you, and when they say thank you, it seems as if they meant it. I've never had my food held out of a window as I've had at McDonald's, and my fries/breakfast potatoes are never cold.“

“We just finished lunch and it was awesome thanks to our lovely service from Keisha! When we showed up there wasn't a lot of people there but that quickly changed to being quite a full dining room and Keisha handled it fluently. She was the only server there for the majority if not the entirety of our meal and still yet we had a constant flow of drinks, she adequately checked up on us, helped with accommodations for meals and our kiddo, got our food to us in a timely manner, and did the same for everyone else in the room as well! Very satisfied with our service“

“We have eaten here several times always great food & service. Our waitress was great, yet we sat for over 45 minutes waiting for our food. The place was not overly busy so no excuse there. She stopped back by our table and said let me check on your order of which we were told ours was up next. Still waiting 10 more minutes guy stops by our table with the excuse of a small kitchen. When our food finally arrived waitress said they had a new cook. Well I hope today was his last day. Don't give meaningless excuses and they were. He had the nerve to say i hope the food was worth the wait. It wasn't.“

“Red Robin is fantastic I remember as a kid we used to not go to Red Robin because they had some sort of hepatitis at break or something like that and I feel stupid for not going because that was only one time and they fixed it immediately now is an adult I go back to Red Robin fairly regularly as they have really good food not to mention the endless fries Ensure that I get filled So even if I'm having a bad day I can be like well at least I have more fry and I can get all the dipping sauces I went with the fries so I don't just eat dry fries That would be terrible if you had to eat dry fries but they say no we're going to be good guys and give you dipping sauces that's fantastic I said and they said we know not only that but we're giving you endless root beer floats and I said that's crazy who gives out endless root beer floats how do you afford that and they say we don't just like the endless fries it cost us a lot of money because you eat way too much and I said man that kind of hurts Red Robin but honestly I can't argue with you I do eat a lot and they said Red Robin yum and alternative to a happy fat bird and flew away also they have lots of burger“
