Customer service is always great and friendly. BUT . . . you guys have been slacking lately in the morning service. I'm a daily customer and all this week the coffee has barely been warm. Work on it!

This is the 3rd time I've used McDelivery with this MCD and it failed. First time it was an item that was made with onions when I asked for none. Second time I ordered a Yriple Cheeseburger and never got it. To there credit the manager said I could come get it but I ended up calling Doordash who they farm the orders out to and got a refund on that item. This last time I used 7000 points for a 10 piece nuggets and got a McChicken sandwich that only runs 1500. Sent an email complaint...read full review
