“Tonight just before 7 p.m. I went through the drive through and the girls helping were very polite and helpful I dont usually comment on ordinary service so this was what I consider extraordinary. Charity took my order and was very professional and polite and always smiling and I just thought it was worth commenting about. She seems to be great at her job.“

“I don't know the lady's name at the first drive-thru window on weekday mornings but she is great at her job! She's fast and efficient and super sweet every time! I have never had an issue with my order either.“

I’ve had a couple of incidents in the drive-thru with one employee who was consistently rude. He’s a guy with blond hair — I’m sure you know who I mean. On multiple occasions he’s tossed my change in my hand through the window, rolled his eyes, and shoved my food into my hand.

I haven’t done anything to provoke this behavior. Honestly, my food has always come out fine, so I have no reason to be upset about the order itself. It’s just the way I’ve been treated in the drive-thru that’s made me uncomfortable coming back.“
