Update: went back on February 15th, at about 2:30 p.m. which is usually an iffy time time of day for fast food. I got the bacon cheeseburger which was pretty good. The Patty could have used a little more seasoning. My wife got the turkey avocado sandwich it looked really good and she said it was good. They gave us fresh fries and they were good. Better experience overall this time.

My wife likes the flavor of the hamburger but when she got it further into it it was not fully cooked so that's kind of alarming. The cheese curds were soft and very greasy. No crunch. The bread on the roast beef sandwich was not quite fresh. The flavor of the meat was good but just a touch on the dry side. Nowhere near as good as Arby's I just have to say. Obviously still working out the kinks. It took quite a while in the Drive-Thru probably about 15 minutes. They never came back to the window to tell me it was going to be a longer wait than usual. If I were the franchisee I would be in that store every waking moment until things were ironed out. Now is when you gain your customer base. I saw at least eight employees at 3:00 in the afternoon. Mostly standing around talking. The only adults I saw who I assumed was the manager gave me a buy one get one free voucher for next time because I had to wait. I'll give it about a month and give them one more opportunity to make a regular customer out of me. The owner should go recruit a manager from Arby's. A real go-getter that can whip that place into shape.“
