“Ate here for the first time today, and it’s yet another reason why I love eating and supporting locally owned restaurants. Great atmosphere, staff was friendly and service was great. Ordered a double cheeseburger and tots and came out quick. Burger was juicy and flavorful. You can tell it’s cooked fresh. Food and service was 10/10 and will definitely be back very soon. I highly recommend this to anyone.”

“Ordered the burrito LuLu. Man it was good!! Very authentic food. Me and Zachary Chapman were the only white folks in there🤣. Yes they speak English. The salsa was great witha couple of very good hot homemade sauces to toss in there if you like and I sure like to!! I will be back again for sure. My coworker is doing a great job feeding people like me who love good quality Mexican food🌮🌯”

“I am constantly on the hunt for a perfect coffee. It’s hard to find somewhere that has great espresso & creamy oat milk - and Hatchers has truly nailed it. I order a white chocolate mocha with oat milk & salted carm. cold foam - it tastes so heavenly everytime I get it!”

“Highly recommend. The hot honey wing dings are always delicious. My husband always goes with the brisket and loves it. Tonight he did the brisket and the chicken and the chicken was sooooo good. The homestyle fries are absolutely delicious and the onion rings are great. The only thing anybody in my family didnt like was the Mac n cheese which is hit and miss no matter where we go. The girls are always going around checking in and offering a refill on drinks. Always a great atmosphere. We love this place!”

“I gave this place 5 stars because they earned every one of them. My second big order with them. This one I tried something new; Group Ordering. I messed it up badly first go round. Called Ed, the manager, and he helped me out. Big time! It was very nice to have someone helpful like that! Big shout out to Ed and his crew. We will keep ordering!”

“This is an interesting place, a hidden gem. It doesn’t look like anything from outside, barely even a truck stop. But the food is delicious and the shelves are lined with Punjabi grocery staples. I talked to the young man working there and gathered that the customers are mostly long-haul truck drivers from India who stop in for a shower and a familiar meal. There’s even a familiar Punjabi style “table” - don’t know the real term for it.

The food was delicious, and I’d guess it’s the most authentic Indian/Punjabi food in Missouri. Not your typical Americanized Indian food; not a buffet. Just really good food.”

Whatever you do don’t go to the Asian bistro and Carthage my grandson took me there for my birthday today and I am literally so sick and I only took four bites of food so yeah, stay away from the bistro and stick with this restaurant”
