“Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and always make the experience enjoyable. The pork belly bites are absolutely incredible, and I’m completely addicted to the wedge salad—it’s one of my go-to favorites. I recently went in for dinner with my boyfriend too—I had the Caesar salad, he had a pasta dish, and both were delicious. Maddi & Levi are awesome to work with too—they always know it’s me when I’m ordering lunches, which makes it feel personal every time. Great food, great service, and always a place I look forward to coming back to! 😊🍽️✨”

“We are not from Joplin, we’re on a road trip and our home base is in Wisconsin. I’d give this place 10/5 if I could. No fuss crab shack but has everything you could want from a casual seafood joint. Here’s what really stood out to us: when we got there it was just us, a small family of three and then a younger man who appeared to be a single dad with his daughter. The manager Ryan was running food out and said he overheard the little girl mentioning she wanted to try crab so he included a small portion of crab on the house to try, which was awesome to see! We shared the crab and shrimp plate. Food was awesome, crab was the perfect cook and was easy to eat. Prices are reasonable and they have a patio for the summer which looks like a fun spot for eating dinner on a nice night. Great service and I hope this place stays for a long time - with service like that I believe it will!”

The drinks came super slow which I found wierd because there may have been 10 people there with 2 servers, a bar tender and a lady that circled our table waiting for us to be done eating. The part which perplexed me was that our server brought our check before we asked and seemed perturbed we wanted another drink. Dont expect a normal dining experience here. Slow and boring is the experience I had.”

“We absolutely loved our experience. The staff was kind, courteous, and checked back to ensure our needs were met. The atmosphere reminded me of being in Florida while visiting the Midwest. The owner made time to not only visit, but connect with each table. We ordered a crab platter and it was exceptional. Just as if we had purchased it from the gulf coast! Turtleheads is a definite must if you are wanting to have that beach/ gulf coast feel. We will definitely be back!”

“So I walked in my son's apartment and there's a mountain of these boxes. I never understood. Until I walked through the door of this establishment. And the aroma takes over. The glorious smell and you're hooked. Each bite is as good as it looks. You will never be disappointed in anything that you purchase. When this place first opened you couldn't get in. The line was wrapped around the building. Now I see why everyone is doordashing to their house, even if it's just one cookie. I know because I'm be standing there watching one little cookie box being picked up and delivered while I'm in line waiting for my cookie. To say each bite melts in your mouth. This cookie doesn't even need to be dunked in milk to melt. I can't even imagine what the recipe that makes it holds together in the Box until that moment it just melts. Definitely the best made cookie. 😊❤️❣️ So many flavors and the flavors just keep coming.”

“Grew up in the late 60's in Joplin. Every friday night it was spaghetti red. A couple miles south on Rangeline road, awesome is an understatement. Gramps delivered Foremost icecream, so we were treated well.”

“I had the best latte and coffee I've had in ages! I am constrained to drink decaf and the owner was so accommodating he pulled the decaf shots until he was satisfied with the taste. I had the house favorite, Sweet and Salty, decaf with oat milk and sugar free. My husband had a Snickers and pronounced it excellent as well. The owner was very welcoming. We had great conversation while waiting for our drinks. And probably the most bottles of syrups I have ever seen in one location...sugar free counterparts for nearly every choice.
The ambiance was welcoming, child friendly and perfect for spending time sipping our brews. A definite 5⭐️ experience. We'll e loyal customers every time we visit Joplin. It's worth the drive.”

My husband had an Americano as well and also said it was the best he's had. Besides the amazing espressos we also had a cinnamon roll, chocolate croissants and chocolate chip cookies that all are amazing. Lastly, and best of all, was the service. I am so particular about how I like my drinks and the sweet lady helping me took it in stride with my 50 questions and was SO helpful. It felt great to experience such great customer service. We live 70 miles away and are generally in Joplin on weekends… But will not miss Stogey’s If possible, when on town.”

“We stopped here on a Saturday morning. The service was super fast, but it is 1 gentleman working doing all the things. The decor and theme is awesome. He was friendly and did a good job with our coffee. He did a great job and the coffee was good. My wife enjoyed her cold food food coffee too. Highly recommend this place. I went with my boyfriend and it exceeded our expectations the costumer service was amazing and the coffee was insanely good they have a wide variety of flavors for sugar free which is uncommon. And priced very fair comparatively to other coffee shops in town. They had a nice atmosphere with unique decor and a chess board for something to do while you drink your coffee”

“We eat dinner at crackerville, quite often. And we also order to go orders, it's always been great service. Great food. Usually no complaints, but our last visit 3/23/2026, ,there was a lady, I assume the manager in the dining area. This is at Joplin, Missouri, and she seemed to be barking out orders, no smile, not very courteous to servers, very abrupt to staff at checkout, speaking with a tone of irritation. She could use some retraining. I had not observed this at any other visit. The Cracker Barrel crew are usually welcoming, friendly and accommodating.”

The customer service was just over the top and the crew worked together helping with everything and each customer. They were busy but still kept smiles on their faces and kept up the awesome service! Also, yes you could see the smile through the mask they were all wearing! And the food was just as good. Highly recommend this location for a dinner anytime! Was in a hurry, walked in ordered, and was in and out in less then 5 mins. Lady even opened the door for me to leave. Lots of space in what looks like a small building. Plenty of sitting outside as well.

“Venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with blonde roast, extra shot and cold foam.
I had started taking photos of my shaken espressos because it was consistently made each time I ordered it at this location, and consistently delicious! I love strong coffee, and this is a great drink! Highly recommend.
Also, oatmilk shaken espresso with pistachio cold foam is really good too.
Oh how I love that Starbucks incorporated UBE in a drink. The ice ube coconut macchiato is amazing! I do like to add an extra shot, my photo reference reflects the original recipe of 4 espresso shots in the ube drink.”

“Take out only, which worked out okay for me today as I was on my own. I popped in, ordered lunch and within a couple of minutes, it was handed over. I brought it to a nearby park and enjoyed it very much.

Cashew Chicken and with the sauce separated from the chicken, it was nice to be able to put as much or as little on there as I liked. Everything I needed was in the bag including napkins. The chicken was crispy and fresh. the rice was light. The spring roll was delicious.”

After about 5 minutes of standing there with repeated eye contact, it became obvious she had no interest at all in helping us, so we walked away and got some nuggets at Chick Fil A instead. 0/10 for Auntie Anne's.”

The food names are almost impossible for me to pronounce, but each one is numbered for easy identification. I ordered the # 310, which is one of the vermicelli bowls. So good! Each item of food has its own unique flavors. The best restaurant of this type that i have found so far. It's great!”

When we got to the window Raygan (sorry if spelled wrong) greeted us with a smile and was so polite and happy and positive despite how busy he was. more service industries need employees like him.
