“I was the one who was reluctant about choosing Olive Garden tonight, but even though we received an item with the incorrect sauce, I was truly wowed by the experience. I spoke with Jessica, the Service Manager, and she was not only empathetic, but genuine. She not only corrected the issue, she genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

“I just love the food, cute and clean atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff! It's cool getting to to see the cook prepare the food. They have a huge menu selection. Also, check out the pretty handmade beaded jewelry that's available for purchase at the counter. I'm a regular!“
