“went through the drive-through ordered a very large meal online and they had it finished all by the time i got there i ended up adding 12 ghost pepper wings once they handed my order to me and they had me pull forward before they could finish it. i pulled forward and waited a few min. no one came out with the wings so i went in to ask how much longer, i got to the counter and a very kind man immediately asked if i had already been helped. i explained my situation to him and asked how much longer it would be and he immediately went back and got my wings and was so nice about it!“
“Just wanted to give a shout out to the Webb City, MO location on Rangeline Rd. The gentleman working the drive through was amazing! They just had a rush right before my online order from a car show in their same parking lot. He was very apologetic of the wait and offered us drinks while the chicken cooked. Extremely friendly and is doing an amazing job. I hope this message and compliment gets back to him as it seems like employees seem to only get the negative remarks. A lot of employees could sure use some customer service tips from this gentleman.“
“First time for eating there wasn't bad. I er all the chicken was good. Not to dry. Got the coleslaw it wasn't the best but ateable. Fried okra was good yes I say it was refrozen and made but that's ok. For about $11 and fast it wasn't a burger and it was hot food..“
