“I have eaten and worked at this location and I have to say their service is impressive. They try and succeed in getting your food to you as fast as possible despite everything being fried fresh to order. It’s a little pricey, but that’s what you pay for good service!“
“This is the 2nd time I have gone to the Regional Airport Blvd location in the past month. This location has provided the tiniest strips each time. They are a 1/3 size of the strips from Dairy Queen... and DQ was less expensive.I am writing about it because these are not the normal Slim Chicken sized strips. Feels lile SC is cutting the sizes in half to save money and increase profits. Losing customers doesn't increase profits. JSThe food tasted good, and considering how busy it was, the service was good, so 4 stars.“
“Listen - this place has come through for us on three separate occasions now, and each time has been great. I don't know what previous issues others have had, but we've had consistently solid food. And the one time we went inside to order, the lady who served us our food was so kind and friendly. Tonight, we tried to have dinner at a local Italian place... got up and left because the food was so bad. Then, we tried our luck at a new bar downtown and waited :30 for drinks that we didn't finish. On our way home, we decided to swing by (now) ol trusty KFC for some chicken and it honestly turned our night around for the better. It's not gourmet, but it's been consistently good for a couple who probably hadn't eaten there since we were in college. We're considering joining the loyalty program at this point.“

“After several years of passing by the restaurant to visit extend family, we finally made it in. Love the family style meal with fixings of bean soup, green beans, corn, bread, mashed potatoes with gravy and the best fried Chicken in the state. Absolutely delicious!!! Really enjoyed my two rounds of chicken and mashed potatoes.Service was great! Our waitress always made sure our drinks were full and that we had food on the table.We added desert to go and had it later that evening. We sampled both peach and blackberry cobbler and both were equally delicious.Even though it is out of the way from Downtown Rogers, it is worth the drive. Highly recommend making reservations and come with an empty stomach.Parking: Can get full especially during the lunch hour“
“The service is terrible. They told me I had to wait an hour and a half. And since I came back and asked if my order was ready, they told me to wait a few more minutes. Wait about half an hour more. And I decide to ask again and it turns out that it was already ready. And he still has the nerve to say oh it's ready!!! We forgot to call!!!The food is good, but unfortunately they don't put as much importance on the customer.“
“I came here yesterday around lunch time to get a lot of food for the hungry technicians at my job. I wish I could remember the manager's name but she was super helpful through the ordering process (it was a huge order during lunch hours). She explained what I ordered back to me perfectly, the food was all there and correct, and she has amazing customer service. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone! “I got wings, and the quailty was not as good as everything else. Fries were delicious. I've had the chicken before, and it was amazing- so I'll just stick to that next time. Great staff and hot fresh food - I just don't recommend the wings.“
