“I went through the slims drive thru around 8pm on 02/25/2026 and had to wait a little longer than normal for fresh fries. Although I had no complaints and was happy to wait for fresh food the team was so kind and even gave us a free dessert for our time. They were perfect example of customer service and professionalism. I also loved my fresh hot fries!“

“We order catering once a month and this location is OVER THE TOP in customer service. Pick up is 5:30 pm which is a high traffic time in Bentonville. They always have a smile and offer to help me to the car. They go above and beyond every time. They always include tongs and most recently, they went even further and included plates, napkins and forks. In addition to the cater order, I had 2 separate personal orders on my most recent visit. I was really impressed as I had more than one employee helping. Impressive staff and very much appreciated.“
