“I work a couple blocks from this Zaxbys so it's convenient to grab some fast lunch from here. Jacob in the drive through is amazing and Eric, too! I love the chicken Chipotle tacos and just learned I can order just chicken without having to get a meal! These guys (and gals) do a good job with the food and customer service! “There is not an option to add ketchup on their app - they upsell French fries?? At the drive thru speaker after giving my name for my mobile order I requested ketchup……..once at the window I offered a gentle reminder for ketchup; guess what, no ketchup. It’s the little things, basic customer service.“

“The worker ( I didn’t catch his name but he has long black hair) on Sundays at 11:30 pm needs a raise or needs to be a manager if not one already. His soft skills and customer service are amazing and makes me actually want to come back to this location. And I’m sure it’s reciprocated to his work crew with him. Great worker at this location.“

“Peyton was awesome! Best service I’ve ever received at a KFC, in fact it was the best service I’ve received at pretty much any fast food restaurant. Peyton was friendly and kind, he made sure to get my order exactly right and didn’t miss a thing. His customer service was top notch. “Food is always awesome but no matter how long you order ahead you have to wait ? about a month ago I ordered on the app 45 minutes before I got there and still had to wait on the restaurant for my food and then had to turn around go back to the restaurant because they had missed one of my sides and my dessert it took another 15 minutes to get those“

“Everything is delicious. I love their coleslaw & the apple butter with their little loaves of bread. If you are running low on any of the food they will refill them. All you can eat. Love to eat there.“

“Slims is a fayetteville based restaurant that rivals any other chicken in the country. Slims has a big menu, lots of options and plenty of sauces. The staff is always super friendly at the Rogers location. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. It has become a mainstay for my family to eat at slims at least once a week. Some of the best wings in the area too!“
