This is a good location!
The food is tasty for sure!
Seems a bit pricey for what you get but it is good fresh food.
Not our favorite but still pretty good.
The service was great!

We went thru the drive thru... The fried pickles were great and food tasted good but I spent 35 bucks for 2 people and got 2 ranch sauces which I don't like cuz it tastes like metal cuz y'all by the plastic cup ranch crap and number 2: 2 sauces in general is not enough sauce!!! ............ Fix this! No worries though I'll just use chik-fila sauce!
Got the chicken bacon ranch fries and cheesecake bites. They were so good

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a variety of meals, including the chicken fingers meal, Nashville chicken, and chicken stripe with fries. Many customers report that the food tastes good or amazing, but some find it too salty or greasy, which can cause stomach discomfort. Service varies by location. Some visits describe great service, especially at the drive‑through where customers are in and out in about five minutes. Others note inconsistent service, with some guests called on the loudspeaker to pick up food at the counter. The staff at the Bentonville location is praised for being over the top in customer service, always smiling, offering help to the car, and providing tongs, plates, napkins, and forks. Catering orders are handled efficiently, with multiple employees helping. The salads are considered better than many other places in the Rogers/Bentonville area. Delivery can sometimes be problematic, as one event experienced a cancellation by a DoorDash impersonator; the employee resolved the issue by remaking the order and delivering it personally. Overall, Zaxby's is a solid choice for a quick meal or event catering, though some guests recommend trying a different location for a different taste experience.
