Definitely not a standard Panera. Very slow order processing coupled with low quality food and a dirty dining area. Had to ask to get the table cleaned. Same experience on two different visits. Too many other choices in the local area to subject oneself to this disappointment.

The order was totally messed up. Did not receive 3 items, despite having to tell waitress several times. The new bowls are a cardboard which absorbed the salad dressing and the salad was very small smaller than a dinner salad and yet the same price was paid. When I complained, they said they would give me a free meal. I went back in to receive a free Mail and the manager there was treating me like I was a criminal trying to get something free. I’d give this Panera location 2 stars. The food was okay - nothing exceptional, but it was served quickly. If you’re looking for a fast meal or coffee stop, the service is efficient and your order doesn’t take long to arrive.
