“I did not really care for the chicken salad, cox hospital is better. Not saying it's terrible, but seemed dry and mixture is finaly ground like is was in a blender. The cheese broccoli soup was not up to par. Cookie was good. Doubt if I will go back. Wawa on easy coast is a lot better.“

“Best service we've had from any Chick-fil-A. Our family eats a lot of CFA when we travel because they're always consistent, clean, and have good service. We love that the high chairs are always clean for our kids and that they come with wipes and placemats. This particular location had the best service we've ever recieved. One our kids spilled a drink within the first 2 minutes of getting our food. Without even asking, an employee named Saige was there with a mop and a new drink. She continued serve us throughout our entire meal and even brought our kids toys for the long car ride home. I can't overstate how helpful Saige and the other employees were to our chaotic family as we tried to make sure all our kids were fed.“

“Best Chick-fil-A in town. They’re so quick, even if there’s a line down the street. The chicken sandwiches are always hot, which is perfect. It was a little busy and drive-thru was confusing but overall amazing☺“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“Better than KFC. The family pack alone with an extra side is under 40 bucks. You get freshly cooked chicken. ( if it takes more than the 15 to 20 mins, be patient its worth the wait )you can tell they use fresh oil and change it frequently. Don't knock it before u try it.“
