More like no service. Ordered 80 tenders several days in advance for a party. Specific pickup time was given. Order was confirmed. Went to pick it up and no one knew anything, order wasn’t ready, and I was told it could be ready in 30 minutes. I didn’t have the time to wait, that’s why I had a specific pickup time. Employees were pretty blasé about it and really didn’t care or offer any type of apology. Don’t use this location if you want reliable service.
First time trying Zaxby’s and I’ll definitely be back! The chicken strips and sauces all outdo the competition. Service was prompt and friendly, the place was really clean, and the building inside and out is nicely done.
