ACTUALLY WAS DISAPPOINTED!The sauces were amazing but the chicken was so dry it choked me a lil, kinda like swallowing a cotton ball in awesome sauce. Fries were cold & there so many employees around it was almost chaos and @ $40.00 for 2 for fried chicken like that "AIN'T RIGHT"
First time having Zaxby's. For fast food chicken it was more than acceptable (far superior to Raising Canes!). Counter staff was very friendly. Food was hot (including the well seasoned fries) and arrived pretty quickly. Don't expect gourmet, expect decent fast food.Parking: Plenty of parking around the entire restaurant.

I love Zaxby's. However, this location is not that good. My chicken tenders and fries did not taste fresh at all. If you're gonna do Zaxby's in Springfield, go to the south Campbell location.
