Everything was great, we went inside because the drive thru line was backed up. Great service and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Then we went outside to leave the parking lot. The drive-thru line was backed up clear to our car that we parked in the parking lot. We then realized that we would have to sit in the long line if we wanted to leave.
There is this reoccurring problem with many Starbucks, not just this one. Our drinks keep coming out a quarter to half empty. We always mobile order ahead with the Starbucks app and we use Starbucks points and all that jazz, so you would think they would actually fill the drink most of the way, especially since it costs about $7 to buy the specific one we always get. Clean, nice staff, each time you go here expect to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru regardless even if it's just a single car or two is my only complaint. We waited for 20 with 4 cars ahead of us. So if you're in a rush or trying to go before work it isn't possible.
