I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!
Solid fast food option, service is always top notch! Not a real fan of the mall but if you have to be there Chick-Fil-a makes it easier!!!!
I love everything about Chick-fil-a! I'm convinced all employees are trained to make you smile and feel appreciated as a customer every visit. There has not been a time where I ever had a slight problem and they did not deliver great customer service. The food is always fresh and hot, tastes great! I love app as well, who doesn't like cashing in points earned from previous visits on a free reward.
