Several times (at least 4) in the last couple of months I have tried to get a pretzel from here without any success. I was told you can wait 10 plus minutes each time when they have an entire heater full of bites. They refuse to keep pretzels ready to purchase whether it's right when they open of during rush times or dead. My son and I came in right before close which usually no one likes. The young lady was super nice, attentive and personable!
I had my food delivered to me. My pretzel was ha r and my drink didn't have anything in it
