“Really good Mexican and great service. Warm fresh tortilla chips with homemade salsa for everyone. We added on table side guacamole and queso…both were great. The fish tacos were amazing. We also had the spinach and cheese chicken enchiladas and the Bella special. Our family was glad to find an authentic Mexican place to come back to.“

“Pappo's is the closest thing we've found since we lived in the Chicago area. people think deep dish, but that's not what we know as Chicago style. the super thin crust is perfectly cooked. We always order a little extra sauce and brown the cheese. The kitchen sink is our favorite. lots of veggies, lots of flavor. The roasted brussel sprouts and bacon appetizer was the bomb too. “Best service we've had from any Chick-fil-A. Our family eats a lot of CFA when we travel because they're always consistent, clean, and have good service. We love that the high chairs are always clean for our kids and that they come with wipes and placemats. This particular location had the best service we've ever recieved. One our kids spilled a drink within the first 2 minutes of getting our food. Without even asking, an employee named Saige was there with a mop and a new drink. She continued serve us throughout our entire meal and even brought our kids toys for the long car ride home. I can't overstate how helpful Saige and the other employees were to our chaotic family as we tried to make sure all our kids were fed.“

“My Family and I love it here. We don't go to any other fast food competitors. Beef-A-Roo is fresh, cheaper and satisfying! They have more options than most. Customer service is phenomenal, greets well and always smiling.

When they went on strike, we were sad and was hoping they don't close down. Owners needs to stay on top of funding and income to assure their workers are getting paid!

Also got charged for games on the ziosk, I never played, and when I asked to have those taken off, she was very huffy. We had a table of 8, and she brought us like 6 breadsticks. Again, the waitress got uptight, when we asked for more... The food was great, service was not...“

“This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

“We had the cheese pizza balls and garlic bread for appetizers. I had Micah's chicken which was superb! I don't know how to describe the sauce, but it has the right amount of spice, sweet, and flavor. My husband had the chicken strips and fries. They're hand breaded and well cooked which he loves. Price wise for 2 apps, 2 meals, and drinks it was a very good price point. Definitely worth checking out and we'll be back!“

“The only reason it’s not five stars is the price. $15 for a shallow bowl of salad is too much. It was a very good salad but not worth $15. Loved that they have outdoor seating. My family and I were very comfortable out there and they had someone come check on us a couple times which was nice. This is a self serve, order at the counter restaurant. Their tea is the best! “We ate at the Olive Garden on west Sunshine and our server was Dontay. I have to say, that was the best service me and my girlfriend have ever had. Between Dontay and Courtney there was great food, lots of laughs and great conversation. We will definitely be going back and will ask to get the same server.“

“I came with a friend to watch the USA vs. Belgium World Cup match on July 7. It was a fun environment and the food and beverages were good. The waiters and waiters were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are good - CLEAN bathrooms and seating areas, and there was ample parking in the front and back lots. Families and people of all ages came in to watch the game on the main big screen and other TV screens in the building. A good experience.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“We loved this place and it happened to work out really well for our family. Unfortunately they do not have an allergy friendly menu and they no longer honor the Sunday kid meal deal. They now offer a different deal on Tuesday and Saturday. It’s disappointing that the company doesn’t still do it, but the only issue we had was there was nothing that said it was no longer an option.“
