Server Astrid did a great job thoughout the meal; personable, quality checks, tbl manicured, drinks refilled. Food temps and quality great! “Really good Mexican and great service. Warm fresh tortilla chips with homemade salsa for everyone. We added on table side guacamole and queso…both were great. The fish tacos were amazing. We also had the spinach and cheese chicken enchiladas and the Bella special. Our family was glad to find an authentic Mexican place to come back to.“

“Pappo's is the closest thing we've found since we lived in the Chicago area. people think deep dish, but that's not what we know as Chicago style. the super thin crust is perfectly cooked. We always order a little extra sauce and brown the cheese. The kitchen sink is our favorite. lots of veggies, lots of flavor. The roasted brussel sprouts and bacon appetizer was the bomb too. “This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

I don't know how to describe the sauce, but it has the right amount of spice, sweet, and flavor. My husband had the chicken strips and fries. They're hand breaded and well cooked which he loves. Price wise for 2 apps, 2 meals, and drinks it was a very good price point. Definitely worth checking out and we'll be back!“

“Placed an online pickup order that was pretty sizable, a family meal + 2 sandwich combo meals. Even with all that food we only waited maybe 5 minutes (and it was hot!), and the employee who handed it off even offered to help me carry it to my vehicle. While I didn't need the assistance, it was still very appreciated. Will gladly return.“

“The only reason it’s not five stars is the price. $15 for a shallow bowl of salad is too much. It was a very good salad but not worth $15. Loved that they have outdoor seating. My family and I were very comfortable out there and they had someone come check on us a couple times which was nice. This is a self serve, order at the counter restaurant. Their tea is the best! “Terrence was amazing food was amazing Terrence was phenomenal made me feel like family- besides the big family that was there should’ve been removed they had 2 little boys and then I’m was very loud and wouldn’t stop staring at us the little boys were all over the place under the tables one threw a noodle at me then one threw a fork at me stuck in my eye and I had to go to the hospital ended up losing my left eye and my left leg turned into a Lego piece and fell off and the mom and dad did absolutely nothing any way Terrence desserves a 11/10 amazing man would go back if that family. “We ate at the Olive Garden on west Sunshine and our server was Dontay. I have to say, that was the best service me and my girlfriend have ever had. Between Dontay and Courtney there was great food, lots of laughs and great conversation. We will definitely be going back and will ask to get the same server.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“We loved this place and it happened to work out really well for our family. Unfortunately they do not have an allergy friendly menu and they no longer honor the Sunday kid meal deal. They now offer a different deal on Tuesday and Saturday. It’s disappointing that the company doesn’t still do it, but the only issue we had was there was nothing that said it was no longer an option.“

I had ordered my meal to the wrong location (over an hour away) and Sean and Emily were so kind and remade my meal for me so fast when I was short for time. Will be coming back here over and over. I highly recommend this location, good food and amazing management.“

“I come here every day. The ladies who work here work so hard it is unreal, one even, when hearing I was leaving the region, got out (!) of the drive thru window and gave me a hug. Then passed me a beautifully prepared Yuzu (my favorite). These ladies work so hard. I hope my review helps bolster their work to better themselves. They are the nicest people out there.“
