“Went to Piccolo last night for the first time since it reopened. It was wonderful! The breadsticks were amazing! Our Caesar salads were delicious and well worth paying an additional $2.75. Our pasta dishes were as incredible as we remember them! Our service was exceptional as usual. So glad that we returned to our favorite Italian restaurant and will be coming back soon!!!“

Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello and let you know that you are not just a number or quick order to fulfill. “I came across this place when looking for local places to eat in Ozark. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Our dog was allowed to join us on the patio - definitely a huge plus - IYKYK. The pulled pork was very good and juicy. The sides A+. I got the potato salad and broccoli salad. My husband got the cole slaw. They were made different than what we are use to but tasted great nonetheless. I am sure we will be back before we leave to go home.“

I got the chicken nuggets 12 piece. They were small and seemed highly processed. The BBQ sauce was too sweet and small also. I would say this is an average chicken restaurant. If you get the nuggets be sure to get 12 because they're really small.“

“I've been to many McAllister's around the country. This one was pretty typical as far as the food goes. It was tasty and presented well. It wasnt sloppy or careless. They definitely meet the standards in cleanliness and consistent food taste. This one however had exceptional service. The interactions with the staff were great. They were super friendly and personable. I could have hangout with the young man who took my order. So if you are a fan of McAllisters you certainly won't be disappointed. The staff here are exceptional.“

“We love Huey Magoos and visit the ozark location often. Having experienced the Springfield Sunshine location originally, the Ozark location doesn't deliver as well. We like the chips vs the fries, not always but frequently the chips aren't fully cooked. Theyre soft and alittle chewy. Other then that, still one of our favorite places. Also, the watermelon iced tea cannot be beat!!!“

“This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

“We ate at the Olive Garden on west Sunshine and our server was Dontay. I have to say, that was the best service me and my girlfriend have ever had. Between Dontay and Courtney there was great food, lots of laughs and great conversation. We will definitely be going back and will ask to get the same server.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“
