This is the 3rd time I have been highly disappointed at this Zaxbys location. I paid for 3 of the 5 finger baskets (by the size of the tenders we received, I might as well call them 2.5), we had them tossed in sauce and even asked for and paid for extra (hardly any on them), instead of coke slaw we asked for extra fries (seems like the regular amount). Terrible service… as in no service. Twice this month I have stopped at the drive thru around 8:15PM. Both times the lights are on but no service. Tonight there were three cars in front of me and one behind me. All five ignored and not served. I drove by the window and employees were closing up the store.
Terrible representation on the brand. If you don’t have staff turn off the lights and put a sign in the drive thru. Ignoring customers is the worst option.
The inside is closed today and it looks like for most or the rest of the week. The sign says "Sorry for the inconvenience." We've been very loyal to this place and went to a lot of trouble to go there for lunch today. We won't try again for a long long time.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a safe and fun place to eat. The food is good, with the chicken on point and the fries sizzling. One customer found the food hot and ready faster than they could blink after swiping their card. The boneless 8 piece combo (secret menu) was overcooked and darker than usual on the outside, and will not be ordered again. Another customer asked for boneless wings but got bone-in wings instead, as the people behind the counter were occupied with talking and did not seem to know what they were doing. The service is sometimes fantastic, friendly, and fast, but other times the workers are stressed out or need a refresher course in customer service. The inside decor is clean, updated, and nice, and the Coke product dispenser with added flavors is a hit. The menu ordering was a little confusing as video screens at the front were limited to catering.
