Very professional and friendly staff which is hard to find these daya
The food is great, but this is the second time I’ve ordered from the app, and my order showed up without my drink. I have been trying to call, but no one will pick up the phone.
I am from Arizona and we don’t have Zaxbys there. It is my favorite fast food place. I made it to this location while traveling for work. Lisa provided amazing service! She was very pleasant with everyone in the restaurant! Love Zaxbys, thank you Lisa!!

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a safe and fun place to eat. The food is good, with the chicken on point and the fries sizzling. One customer found the food hot and ready faster than they could blink after swiping their card. The boneless 8 piece combo (secret menu) was overcooked and darker than usual on the outside, and will not be ordered again. Another customer asked for boneless wings but got bone-in wings instead, as the people behind the counter were occupied with talking and did not seem to know what they were doing. The service is sometimes fantastic, friendly, and fast, but other times the workers are stressed out or need a refresher course in customer service. The inside decor is clean, updated, and nice, and the Coke product dispenser with added flavors is a hit. The menu ordering was a little confusing as video screens at the front were limited to catering.
