We really like to eat at Maria's. Service is excellent, as is atmosphere. But the food is best of all. I love the chicken fajitas. My mother says their taco salad is among the best she's had anywhere. You get mild and hot salsa, and they are great. Maria's is one of three Mexican restaurants we frequent in Joplin. But if I'm in the mood for fajitas, this is my go-to place.
This place does not disappoint! Salsa was amazing, guacamole made at table was fabulous. Carne asada tacos were so tasty. Our waitress, Maria, was very personalabd interactive with us. We had a wonderful experience in every way!

O. M. Goodness. La comida BEST. Vegetarian Quesadilla is The Best with lots of fresh vegetables it rivals only one other restaurant in the United States, which you would have to drive 1500 miles to find. New location es perfecto. Our server was Brendy. While she is new, and still learning, she did a fantastic job and we will be back!!!
