“Food and vibe was cool. Service was blah. Our server was slow, uncaring and also blah. The drinks came super slow which I found wierd because there may have been 10 people there with 2 servers, a bar tender and a lady that circled our table waiting for us to be done eating. The part which perplexed me was that our server brought our check before we asked and seemed perturbed we wanted another drink. Dont expect a normal dining experience here. Slow and boring is the experience I had.“

“Absolutely amazing experience. Told our waitress we were gluten and dairy free. Both ladies working were super detailed and made sure we were well taken care of. One even caught that a sauce was made with butter after we ordered and let my husband know so he could pick out something different. We felt very well taken care of and not a burden at all. We both had the pad thai and it was incredible!“

“We eat dinner at crackerville, quite often. And we also order to go orders, it's always been great service. Great food. Usually no complaints, but our last visit 3/23/2026, ,there was a lady, I assume the manager in the dining area. This is at Joplin, Missouri, and she seemed to be barking out orders, no smile, not very courteous to servers, very abrupt to staff at checkout, speaking with a tone of irritation. She could use some retraining. I had not observed this at any other visit. The Cracker Barrel crew are usually welcoming, friendly and accommodating.“

“Found this place while on a road trip to Chicago. Since the we stop at this place to pick up food for any trip. It felt so good to find a place with good Punjabi food. The parathe are so good and freshly made, a must try! Their curries are also really good. We tried their saag aloo, peas paneer, yellow dal and aloo gobi. They were all so good - not too spicy, rightly spiced and flavourful. We loved the saag aloo! Had saag without any cream in it after a long time.“

“Super good quality food and the amount you get is great. Prices are super fair and my husband and I go twice a month. Definitely our favorite Chinese food in town. Haven’t sat in the restaurant and eaten yet, but it’s usually pretty clean when we walk in to order. They also have a drive thru and are pretty quick if you call in an order.“

“Jennifer is our go to overnight waitress. She's fast, friendly, and remembers our orders. She makes you feel like you're interacting with an old friend. The food itself is always good at the Joplin location and my family loves being able to go there in the middle of the night.“
