“Absolutely amazing experience. Told our waitress we were gluten and dairy free. Both ladies working were super detailed and made sure we were well taken care of. One even caught that a sauce was made with butter after we ordered and let my husband know so he could pick out something different. We felt very well taken care of and not a burden at all. We both had the pad thai and it was incredible!“

“Food and vibe was cool. Service was blah. Our server was slow, uncaring and also blah. The drinks came super slow which I found wierd because there may have been 10 people there with 2 servers, a bar tender and a lady that circled our table waiting for us to be done eating. The part which perplexed me was that our server brought our check before we asked and seemed perturbed we wanted another drink. Dont expect a normal dining experience here. Slow and boring is the experience I had.“

“I ordered for chilli paneer which was not in menu the and the guy in kitchen said he can make it but we are out of tomato sauce , I insisted the person to make it without it and he made it the best chilli paneer I have ever tasted … I recommend please add it to the menu since people gonna like it like crazy .. good luck and thankyou 🙏“

“We eat dinner at crackerville, quite often. And we also order to go orders, it's always been great service. Great food. Usually no complaints, but our last visit 3/23/2026, ,there was a lady, I assume the manager in the dining area. This is at Joplin, Missouri, and she seemed to be barking out orders, no smile, not very courteous to servers, very abrupt to staff at checkout, speaking with a tone of irritation. She could use some retraining. I had not observed this at any other visit. The Cracker Barrel crew are usually welcoming, friendly and accommodating.“

“Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly slow. We had been hunting down a good Chinese restaurant and someone recommended China Wok. It was very good considering the other Chinese restaurants we had tried. If I had one complaint, it would be the rice was a little bit bland but the General's chicken made up for that. Delicious and definitely well seasoned.

“Food was amazing! I came hungry and left satisfied. The stuffed french toast was awesome and as far as coffee goes.....was some of the better coffee I have had. The waitress was supper friendly and was very attentive to all of our requests and needs for our dining experience. Tessa was fantastic and was probably one of the best reasons for wanting to come back again! Thank you Tessa.“
