I used to really like Bricktown. But lately, they can’t keep the basic items on point for a pub. There’s been a clear deterioration in the crispness of the operation. They’ve slipped into mediocrity.
Examples:
Cold to lukewarm mashed potatoes, green beans, and main dishes. I’ve experienced this multiple times across different menu items. Poor execution.

I visited tonight, and the food was really good! It did take a little longer to come out, but they were quite busy, so that was understandable. My server, Sierra, was friendly and attentive at first, but after taking our order and giving one refill, she seemed to disappear. We didn’t see her again throughout the meal and eventually had to ask another staff member for drink refills. Unfortunately, that experience put a damper on the visit, so I probably won’t be returning.
