“We attended a birthday party at Caroline’s and the employee working was the only person working because the other employee called in. He did a remarkable job maintaining the chaos and keeping up with orders! The place is adorable and their coffee is delicious. My kids also loved their ice cream!“

“Would’ve been 5 stars, but took 15 minutes to get my 1 basic drink and I there was only one other car in the lane besides me. Staff are still learning, understandably, so leave with plenty of time to spare if stopping before work. Coffee is 10/10 tho!“

“everytime I come in for coffee, it is perfectly made. I recommended the greenhouse to my parents for some plant shopping and they were lucky enough to get to interact with Tyra. Tyra went out of her way to ensure they got exactly what they were looking for and answered all of their questions with flawless knowledge. we will go out of our way to use the greenhouse for our coffee and plant needs in the future.“

“we were traveling thru Joplin and stopped to get starbucks for the drive, i had ordered ahead via app, so i did not know how busy this location is. we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. When we got to the window Raygan (sorry if spelled wrong) greeted us with a smile and was so polite and happy and positive despite how busy he was. more service industries need employees like him. Well done. it made my morning to see such positive attitude in our current world.“

I have stopped here about 4 times in the last month ,as we drive thru this state weekly, and have been very unsatisfied with my drinks....but today, I was so excited to see Misty behind the counter! Not only did I know I would finally get an amazing drink, but the customer service would be outstanding! “I love the apple crisp coffee. It's probably my favorite. I always have a good experience. I'm not an expert in Starbucks lingo. I generally go with my little sister who is fluent in Starbucks lol if you're new, definitely take an expert.“

“I bring my granddaughter here after school and occasionally we will come on a weekend. We know some of the managers and staff by name. They are always generous and if they have time visit with us briefly. My granddaughter has adopted some of them . Lovely place to go.

“What started as a mistake turned into an excellent experience and a wonderful encounter. I went back to the store tonight after receiving unsweetened tea (yuck) instead of sweet tea (yum), and was greeted and helped by two wonderful employees. I did not catch their names, but shout out to you two!!! Keep it up!!! This location is our favorite one because you guys are always so nice!!!“

“As I walked in the door. There was oil on the floor and slipped. Got to the counter and no one there. ( I guess if you don't use the screen out front it becomes A problem) at the front counter my feet still slick with oil started sticking to the floor. It was embarrassing finally walking out and my shoes making A sticking noise. And then made it back to the door and slipped on the oil again.“
