“Would’ve been 5 stars, but took 15 minutes to get my 1 basic drink and I there was only one other car in the lane besides me. Staff are still learning, understandably, so leave with plenty of time to spare if stopping before work. Coffee is 10/10 tho!“

“everytime I come in for coffee, it is perfectly made. I recommended the greenhouse to my parents for some plant shopping and they were lucky enough to get to interact with Tyra. Tyra went out of her way to ensure they got exactly what they were looking for and answered all of their questions with flawless knowledge. we will go out of our way to use the greenhouse for our coffee and plant needs in the future.“

“I walked across the parking lot from the La Quinta to grab a hot chocolate and a white chocolate mocha which taste great. But I was the only one there waiting on those two drinks to get done. So I stepped outside and took four Vapes off my pen and as I was coming back in the girl came to the door and told me I can't smoke outside her door (no ones there) and I told her I was done already and it was Vape not smoke. She told me it's the same thing 🤔 and just gave me a look. Now I kind of wish I didn't give them a $2 tip In 5° weather“

“we were traveling thru Joplin and stopped to get starbucks for the drive, i had ordered ahead via app, so i did not know how busy this location is. we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. When we got to the window Raygan (sorry if spelled wrong) greeted us with a smile and was so polite and happy and positive despite how busy he was. more service industries need employees like him. Well done. it made my morning to see such positive attitude in our current world.“

“My husband is a trucker and we are OTR so we end up in Joplin every few weeks. Whenever we can stop here I get so happy! I’m from Arizona and don’t have any caribou coffee chains so it’s a treat coming here because let me tell you I LOVE their iced lattes! I always get decaf sugar free caramel with oat milk. It’s delicious 😋 the ladies that take my orders are always patient with me because I’m not used to ordering in person (I love mobile ordering Dunkin I wish this location had mobile ordering) so I tend to mess up and have to clarify what I want 😂 never had a rude barista here and there’s never a line when I stop in.“
