“In truth it's four star brisket with five star service. Their brisket does have a smoke ring. It's not a thick dirty smoke ring like I like but there is a smoke ring so I know that the brisket was most likely cooked properly. They have a good seasoning rub that they are also apparently proud of and they should be. With that said they're flat is kind of dry. And they don't typically sell the point by the pound they strictly use it for chops so you have to request sliced point. The slight dryness of their brisket makes their point ideal to eat in my opinion. They have three different sauce options that are all quite unique.“

I have major food allergies and she made sure it was all safe. When I go back again I will ask to set in your section.
